Great and trustworthy people own and operate here. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and also lovely waiting area. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else for work.

Took my volvo xc70 for quote to replace main drive shaft since center bearing shot, 4 days no reply or email, Then I was told that could be front sway bar causing shake from rear at acceleration, really, They also removed plastic cover under engine & never replaced. I found out a week latter & went back to pick it up & bolts missing, tried to give me wood screws !Note: The old crew that retired did proper work, The new crew ?well good luck

I got an oil change here amongst other work done, and overall paid over $800. A few weeks after my oil change I had a burning smell and took it to my usual shop which identified that an oil leak was the cause and was from a faulty oil change. They redid the oil change way before it was due. I brought this issue back to this place and Wendy said there was no way for her to prove it was their fault and that I should’ve brought it back to them. She refused to refund her oil change (which is pricier than my usual shop) and just offered me a free one for next time. I don’t think this was handled well with trying to not take the blame and admit this was a mistake. I also would not want to go back after the faulty oil change and after my conversation with her and how this was handled. I spent a lot of money at this shop, including a $100+ diagnostic fee (without work done) and would have probably gone back if I ever needed work, yet admitting fault and refunding an oil change was not worth the customer’s satisfaction to this business.

Total Scam artists. I don’t know why they get such high reviews.Said over the phone they could fix the problem (rattling noise when going over bumps)Took my car to them. They said they could not hear any rattling and there was nothing wrong(Basically told me it’s all in my head)Then charged me $75Took it back to my car dealership. They found a loose pad tensioner hardware. Replaced. Rattling gone

This was my first visit to have service performed on my vehicle. I purchased my Jaguar in December of 2000. I don’t usually do surveys, but I felt the need to respond to this one. From the initial phone call to Kristen( I hope I remembered her name correctly) to everybody I encountered the team were friendly , personable and helpful. I was out of town and needed service as soon as possible after an holiday weekend and they came up with such exceptional customer service. I watched them taking the same care of all customers there also . They also kept me informed , offered a ride back to hotel if I wanted. I got an honest assessment of the car and was reassured they had checked the car as throughly as possible at a very reasonable price. I have already told so many people about them in the area . I got the car safely to my destination . Thank you to you all !
