Probably good place for older cars that don't have any electronics. Had an issue that was a result of one of the many modules in the car failing. Their diagnosis was that module is bad, and I need to replace the unit at a dealership. That would have been $1900. They did refer me to Koala Motors in Newbury. Those guys really new what to do and fixed the issue as part of the diagnostic.
I always like taking my car to Swedish Solution on Miles Road. Never had an issue with their work. Frank is my "go to" guy. He's always friendly, and is so knowledgeable.
Swedish Solution did a fantastic job on my SAAB SportCombi (wagon). It was in for routine service and some brake and suspension work. I really appreciated the message with pictures showing what needed to be fixed and the discussion detailing the process. I also appreciate the ability to get a loaner car. This time Swedish Solution went above and beyond by swapping out a sedan for a wagon as a loaner car. A part that took an extra day delayed the return of my wagon. I need the cargo space, and they came to the rescue. 5 star service for sure!

It took me a while but I finally found a place I can trust. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right the first time and does not want to worry about being taken advantage. They are fast, efficient and honest.
Went in worried about a intermittent noise my car had been making. They did a full diagnostic and tried many different things to reproduce the sound. They weren’t able to and therefore didn’t charge me at all for the diagnostic or the loaner they gave me for the day.Seemed very trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly
I go back more than 20 years with Swedish Solution. I have a classic pickup truck and a domestic minivan. The only people I trust to work on them are myself, Swedish Solution and specialists they recomend when necessary. The work is always done right at a fair price and often with a timeline of what needs to be done next, when and why.
I said I needed someone who would take care of me and my car like I would want her taken care of. I've found them! Swedish Solutions is amazing, thorough and professional! My friend recommended them months ago and I'm sorry I waited this long to go!
