First class service. Recently purchased a used SUV but wanted a 4 wheel alignment. The car felt ok before I brought it in but was much much better after they worked on it. Nice people and good service.Thanks, Greg
I booked at the wrong shop (across town instead of around the corner from my house) and they still managed to get me in and get the work done. They are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, explaining exactly what the issues are and what they can do to fix it. Prices are fair and service is excellent.
I had picked up an Allen wrench in my tire. I had limited time and needed to get it repaired quickly. I had driven past Swedish solutions for the last 7 years thinking it was a small car repair shop. I was very surprised when I pulled in. They repaired my tire at a fair price and I was out on a half hour. I will be returning for my future automotive needs.
My Subaru's brakes were making an awful dragging noise & I was able to get an immediate appointment. They even picked up & dropped off my vehicle which was an immense help. Keep up the great level of service!!!
We are grateful for SS and their professional alternative to dealership repairs for our multiple Swedish cars. SS repairs what needs repaired...nothing more, nothing less and they are kind and fairly priced. It’s the way you hope all businesses would treat their customers.
great job as alwaysI was told to come in as soon as I was able to, they got my car in right away, they got me a really good set of tires fast as the tire I damaged could not be repaired, and I was back running errands in a flash. Very happy with the service and everyone is always so nice.
Having gotten a unexpectedly high quote from the dealer... my car is relatively new and I have a “ program” there, I sought out Swedish Solutions near home for a second opinion. They didn’t sugarcoat or speak negatively about this other company but scheduled an “exam” offering a loaner for my convenience.Both Dave and Frank were very professional educated me patiently about the state of today’s new rotors while I grumbled. After my Ok, work was completed in a timely manner and for less than my first quote . I will be back and thank you gentlemen!
5 star Service! 5 star Team! The team at Swedish Solution are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. There are no long wait times for repairs. The waiting room is very comfortable with WiFi, a multi USB dock charging station and other amenities. These amenities are perfect especially for business people who need to conduct business while waiting for repairs. I have been very happy with their service and I am finally happy that I have a repair shop in my hometown that I trust with my vehicle.
Just a great group of people to do business with. I had trouble with my 06 Volvo C70.They took time to road test and tell me what they thought the problem was. I needed quite a bit of work done.Dave kept me posted on repairs as time went on.This was a big job. I picked up my car and it runs like new. I moved with a new (used) car to the area to finish school, leaving my previous mechanic of nearly a decade. The new car had a lot more issues than the used car dealership divulged and, being out of the state, wasn't able to make the repairs.My first two repair trips were to the local Volvo dealership, where I paid exorbitant prices and kept getting a longer list of work that needed to be done. Finally a family friend recommended Swedish Solution. Frank gave me an honest opinion that didn't include all the work the dealership recommended, and the prices were much more reasonable.When I returned for an oil change recently, I was worried about a noise I was hearing. Fortunately my Volvo was given a clean bill of health as far as the safety check and I wasn't left with a hole in my pocket. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Swedish Solution while I'm in Cleveland.
Wonderful service and done in a timely fashion! Dropped car off after hours and promptly heard early am about estimate and what needed repair. Picked up later that day. Frank and Bob always great w/ the customers!Swedish Solution has served us well for over 30 years for our many Saab’s snd BMW’s.
I’ve been to Swedish several times. Each time they have gotten me in and assessed my vehicle quickly. Several times they have offered options with different costs and advantages. It has always worked out well. Good work by friendly people for a good price...
This is a top shelf car care facility. Unlike a lot of mechanic sites, it's easy to get in and out, and easy to park your car to leave it. The service desk is nice and clean, and the folks there are super nice and communicate clearly. They sent me a photo of the work needed and the description. I've of the few places that offer loaner cars if they can. Overall a good experience.
I am living in the area only this summer for an internship, and called to schedule an oil change for my older Saab. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next morning. Great experience from start to finish. Professional, friendly service at a very reasonable price. I waited in the customer waiting area, and the oil change took less than an hour. I wish I lived in town so I could always bring my car here for service. Highly recommend!
Needed a handful of service done and knew it was going to be pricey so I called to get a quote. Dave was very nice and got me a fair quote in a matter of minutes. Also called a dealership to get a quote for comparison but after being put on hold 3 separate times, talking to 3 people and then getting to voicemail, I quickly gave up on a company who was making it very difficult for me to make an educated decision instead of just forming over my money blindly and scheduling an appointment like they wanted.Everyone at Swedish Solution was extremely nice and polite. I got a fair price and phenomenal service. The loaner car was very convenient. I was in and out without any hassle and my car feels great now. Will be taking all of my vehicles to Swedish Solution for now on!
This repair shop was awesome! I contacted them when my car died and had to be towed after hours. I had it dropped off that night to them.The next day they contacted me with their recommendation as shared on the call the day before the drop off of my car. They told me exactly what needed to be fixed and once approved by me, they fixed my car.Very reasonable price for parts and labor. They even offered to come pick me up from my job and take me back to the shop to retrieve my car once the work was done. What a great experience.

Always feel important as soon as you walk through the doors and drop you keys. SS is thorough and fully transparent. Very good at communicating and explaining. Never a push to do more than is needed. Customer for life!

The technician replaced the timing belt promptly and diagnosed and replaced fan belts that were starting to detiorate without being asked(saving me the trouble of having one go bad and being up the creek).

It took me a while but I finally found a place I can trust. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right the first time and does not want to worry about being taken advantage.
