The folks here work hard to discover the issue. They work with you on the most important issue, if there is more than one. Customer focused. A little pricey, but I surely value the honesty and loaner car service.

True professionalism. Warranty replacement of defective part without me requesting it. They are truthful with their estimates & needed repair. We’ve owned Volvo’s for many years & Swedish Solution have always been our go to place!
This is a great shop for servicing my Saabs. They always check the car carefully, give my clear information about what needs to be fixed and what ought to be fixed and what can wait until next service and what it will cost. They are very accommodating to my needs. Costs are reasonable. I'm glad I found them here in Solon.

Tråkigt när man inte får svar på mail samt att plåstret inte fäster på huden även om den är rengjord osv.... Utkastade pengar!!! Dålig support!!!

These people take pride in their work. I never get that feeling like I'm getting "sold" a job I don't need...in fact - just the opposite. What a refreshing contrast from so many other shops.
The only shop I trust to work on my Volvo.

Staff is realistic with estimates on work needed which is always completed on time.
My car is returned cleaner than when I brought it in.
Free Loaners! Comfortable waiting room.
