the best automotive shop around. Customer service is always outstanding. Love that they pick up my car and drop off a loaner for oil changes/services. Does it get better than that?!

Swedish Solution makes oil changes convenient. I could have waited or gotten a loaner car, but chose to drop off. Car was ready when I needed it. Check-out was easy and friendly. They asked if I wanted other services that were part of my 75,000 mile checkup. No pressure at all. I declined and they were fine with that.

I have been bringing our cars here for many years and will continue. The customer service is excellent. Customer communication is good, I am aware of charges and timing upfront. Recommendations are made at checkout time for future considerations. I have recommended Swedish Solutions to my friends and they have been as satisfied as I have. Frank Longar, the service manager has been great to deal with and will go the extra to.be sure your satisfied with the service.

My care went in for what I thought was going to be an oil change and replacement of filters. I had mis-read the maintainance schedule and there were other things needed. More importantly, Swedish discovered my battery was week (I had ignored some signs) and figured out that the OEM tires were already worn out - which why I was unhappy with the traction on the ice and snow. Either battery or tires could have lead to a disaster in our at or near 0 degree weather. Spent more than I expected to but I was saved from being stranded.

I had a small inexpensive repair just reconnected a guard under my car. The thing is I work lots of hours and they dropped me off at work. And delivered it back to me at work. And I’d get that if I spent $1000. But my repair was only &27. Above and beyond and nice and easy about it all

Brought my daughter's "college" vehicle in for an oil leak. Not only do the guys at SS do the service I ask, they check and help protect my family members by looking for other potential problems that could occur. Dave and Frank do a great job communicating what their expert mechanics find and offer realistic options for me to ensure my vehicle, my family and my wallet are all in good shape.
