I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY MANY YEAR'S, THEY HAVE ALWAYS PROVIDED EXCELLENT REPAIR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE JUST HAD NEW SPRINGS PLACED ON MY AUDI STATION WAGON AND THE CAR RIDES LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR AGAIN, IT HANDLES LIKE A DREAM, THE WORK DONE WAS EXCEPTIONAL, AND IT WAS DONE IN 1 DAY, I WAS AMAZED AND VERY HAPPY. I HAVE ALSO HAD MY VOLVO WORKED ON AT THE SWEDISH SOLUTION AND IN THE PAST MY SAAB'S, SO IF YOU WON'T A REPAIR SHOP THAT CARES AND WILL GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT, THEN CHOOSE THIS REPAIR SHOP BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE OUTSTANDING WORK AND THE COMMUNICATION IS GREAT. I WILL KEEP COMING BACK BECAUSE THE SWEDISH SOLUTION HAS ALWAYS COME THROUGH FOR ME WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO KEEP MY CAR'S RUNNING JUST RIGHT. I GIVE THIS BUSINESS FIVE STARS. THANKS FRANK!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Clearly understood the problem with the vehicle. Repaired the car in a timely fashion and at the price expected. I would use them again.
This place is very professional and they gave me a detailed email, along with pictures of all the things that needed immediate attention for my Mercedes C 300, because I’m not a mechanic you have to put your trust in someone to do a good job for you, so you won’t end up on the side of the road!!! Give them a try you will be glad you did!
November 2021 - Run flat tire went flat. Unusual size of tire (given RFT & A/S - our requirement) - ordered set of 4 from TireRack and had delivered to Swedish Solution - 2 days (free shipping). Great communications from both TireRack and Swedish Solution - the next day, Swedish Solution had the new tires mounted, balanced, alignment completed (plus overdue oil change). Great work, good prices, done quickly. Also, AAA delivered vehicle to Swedish Solution and Frank texted immediately car had arrived safely at Swedish Solution.2 years ago - Loaner car - work completed on time - good Communnications.
Fast, thorough, friendly service. Price is less than the dealership's. And I especially like getting the digital inspection (complete with photos) sent to my phone so we can easily discuss each point of concern.
Drove 2 hours to purchase a used car in the area. I asked Frank and his crew check the car first. Frank was great to work with and his team did a thorough review. If I lived in the area I would use him for all my car maintenance work.
Critical: ProfessionalismI was charged TWICE for getting my snow tires off. It took me calling back the next day about why it was so expensive for them to realize that they double charged me. Flash forward 4 months later, and I'm calling about getting my brakes repaired. When I asked how much the TOTAL cost would be, I was told $550. Upon getting there, they have the audacity to look me in the eye, and ask for nearly $750, instead. At that point, the work was already done, and it was too late to take my business elsewhere. Just what does "total cost" mean to any of you???
Highly recommend Dan and his team at Swedish solutions. They removed a maintenance light on my volvo. Service was quick (same day), on time (completed in thirty minutes), and reasonably priced. Very pleased!
We had a wonderful experience at Swedish Solution Automotive Specialists! They were able to quickly diagnose the problems on our Volvo.We had to have our engine mount replaced and the thermostat and sensor also. Kim was very friendly and offered us a free loaner while our car was being repaired.Frank was so very helpful, caring and friendly.They were able to diagnose our problems quickly and had it all repaired in less than 24 hours!I also had an opportunity to meet Wendy, the owner! She is such a caring, sincere, genuine and friendly person! We were blessed to have found this awesome automotive repair shop with such friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional employees and owner! We would highly recommend them to everyone!

This is the only place that I will take my car whenever I need service. (I can go to Subaru but I don't get the same friendly customer service, they don't make me feel welcome, the don't make me feel valued and they're quite frankly too expensive). Now back to Swedish Solutions. Frank, at the desk is great, he laughs, he smiles and makes you feel valued and important. He is a very good listener. The mechanics are spot on, very quick, and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this location of Swedish Solutions
Frank did a super job for me. I will use this business again.

Swedish Solutions did a great job fixing my wheel bearing on my Volvo s40. As always, the price was reasonable, service was great, the repair was done quickly and they let me use one of the loner cars while it was being fixed. On top of all that, and without me asking, they fixed my windshield wiper fluid intake valve which was broken for free. I’ve taken my car to other places and they’ve all quoted crazy amounts to fix the valve. Would highly recommend Swedish Solutions.

Loner car was helpful. Car was checked in - as predicted, front rotors were warped. Replaced in a half-day at estimated cost. Good communications. Text message of other items that will need work in the future.

Frank and the Swedish Solutions team are great! They are fully capable of taking on highly specialized repairs for my 1987 Porsche 911. They have done four wheel alignment and recently a clutch slave replacement and bleed.

They were booked in till next week but found time to take a look at the car of my elderly parent to make sure it was safe to drive (it was making a funny noise). They found a loose part and fixed it at no cost. And they must have the most beautiful view from the customer waiting area of any automobile mechanic shop!

My 34th year as a customer. I would go nowhere else to service my cars. The technicians are great--never a mistake; and Frank and Dave are equally good---always providing reliable information on needed repairs.

Very careful about who works on my 2006 Porsche 911S. Frank and his team did an excellent job.

I have been going to the Swedish Solution in Cleveland Hts for almost 20 years, I have owned Saab automobiles for 16 years , I then started driving Infiniti G35 I have continued to use their service. Unfortunately I no longer live on the east side and due to pandemic I'm working from home instead of driving downtown, so it's a little out of the way but I would highly recommend them!
Very pleased!!! I needed headlights for my Volkswagen cc. After autozone took the bulbs out and couldn't put them back in. I called swedish solution. Done in a timely manner, very professional.
The diagnosis of my car's problem was completed within a few hours of dropping it off, and I was given options on what I could do to repair the problem - one very expensive, and one not. I really appreciated being given the choice, as well as the honest assessment of pros/cons. I really trust the Swedish Solution, and that is priceless!
As always, the team at Swedish solutions did an outstanding job. They did some routine work as well as a bit of off-the-path repairs on the fog lights of and window switch for my 1989 Saab 900. I got a loaner car. I left my car overnight. I picked up my car the next day. Simple. I trust these guys indubitably.

Service is prompt at the appointed time. They bend over backwards to help, in my case, by picking up and subsequently bringing back to my home wheels that were switched out winter-to summer, for no added fee.

The owners are respectiful. Their place is clean. Cheaper service than most other places. The business is close to my home.
