Payed them 150 to diagnose car and asked them to check the oil leak they didn’t even bother to look under the car, I guess they don’t get payed enough to look under the car for 5 minutes
We've been taking my 2013 Honda Crosstour in for routine service now for almost 4 years. They have always exceeded my expectations.
Quick booking, but charged a lot for an inspection, and provided nothing for an inspection report. Just an unrealistic estimate on repairs. Not good value for inspection

They did a excellent job repairing the hose leak and thermostat, but I thought it was a bit pricey nevertheless the work was good and it was the same day, thanks again.......
I have gone to this shop in particular twice in the past year for my A/C system breaking and it has officially stopped working for the third time. They get work done fast and efficiently, everyone is nice, but it is the fact that I have given this company almost $3000 to fix an A/C system that still continues to break.
This is my 5th time in there. They are always on top of everything. Everyone in their are Great, especially Kathy. Prices are reasonable. I truly thrust all Car Shop.
Took my car here to get the gearoil changed in the differential. Their estimate #122480 was for $300.96. I took the car to Transmissions Plus who did the job for $96.93! That’s 1/3 the price! This is NOT rocket surgery. It is a standard GM 10-bolt rear. There were literally millions of them produced. All you had to do was remove the 10 bolts, drain the oil and remove the cover, wipe out the housing, reinstall the cover and refill the oil. No adjustments. Any mechanic should be able or do it. There are probably 100 shops in Kissimmee who would don’t it for a hundred dollars. I only left the comment because your price was so outrageous.

Began working on my car as soon as I showed up for my appointment. Replaced my spark plugs & serviced my transmission in about an hour and a half. The lady that made my appointment was very knowledgeable and quite pleasant.
Was visiting for a trip and needed side view Mirror replaced asap and they went above and beyond to find a replacement and get us in for a same day appointment so we could continue with our trip! Much appreciated!

I was on vacay from wis. Needed rotors etc. The staff made it very easy to drop off and pic up the car. Uber was used. If I lived there, it would be my shop to use.
I have been coming here for over 5 years. They never try to sell me something I do not need and they have always done what the said they would for me. If they can't help me, they will recommend someplace better capable to service my needs. It is great to deal with people you feel are honest and caring.
Needed my 20 year old expedition repaired to help my son. Didn't have the fund at the moment, so we had to wait a couple of weeks to gather the funds. ACSI worked with me, set my car aside and gave me the time needed to get the much needed repair(s). My son has the vehicle now and couldn't be happier! Thanks Mr. Jim and Katie as well. All Car Shop has been maintaining my vehicles for many years. I have tried other shops, and unfortunately, personally, have had disastrous results. Few shops have the knowledge and expertise to maintain anything other than compact vehicles, and my vehicle is a full-size domestic.
I took my 2002 Maxima SE to All Car Shop a while back due to a misfire with the engine. It turns out that I had a few bad coils (cracked boots). I did not have much money at the time to have the coils replaced so Jim and his great team of techs temporarily patched up the coils for me so I could get running again. These guy's where professional and like I before things were tight so they did their best to work with the little budget I had at the time. I will never forget that and hope to return the favor one day. I highly recommend them. Thanks Jim!

I really like the place because the work is guaranteed. They’re a bit pricey but they get the job done right the first time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I came in and asked them to replace the rear window wiper. They stopped other work they were doing and immediately replaced it for just the cost of the part. Their service has always been outstanding.

Honest, up front. They always let me know what repairs can wait. Using them for years for multiple vehicles in our family and would recommend them highly. This town has ALOT of crooked mechanics so its a huge relief to have Jim.
