I was advised by Katie over the phone that my Jeep would need replacements of both the camshaft and crankshaft. The car was repaired very quickly and when I was paying I was quoted a price $250.00 less than I expected! When Katie saw the look of surprise on my face, she explained that it was not necessary to replace the crankshaft. Such honesty and integrity is very rare, and because of that I will always patronize the All Car Shop. Also, I enthusiastically recommend this business!
I've been using All Cars for all my cars over the last eleven years since I first moved here. I've never known them to recommend an unnecessary repair, and they do a good job in maintaining the vehicle, warning me about upcoming problems so I can prepare for them before I have a break down. They are excellent at doing my regular maintenance as well as necessary repairs.
This was the first car repair shop that took my car in to fix just because i had an appointment. They were able to get my car back on the road within a day or two and the car works great. If it wasn’t for them, my car would probably be stuck at a repair place for a couple weeks. I appreciate that they also sent out a list of things that need repair and you can choose what you want worked on on your phone instead of having to deal with someone in person that is convincing you that you need all this work done.
Another great experience! All Car Shop has been taking care of all my vehicles for more than 20 years now. These folks are very professional and take pride in doing the work right the first time. They don't try to "sell" you extra services but do inform what might be needed in the near future. The prices are quite fair as well. This shop has integrity beyond reproach and they prove it every time!
I decided to try to All Car Shop based on personal recommendations and couldn't be happier. I needed engine diagnostics, tire services, and oil change. Paul was able to schedule a drop-off between their 24 hour deadline notice. They had to keep my car for a few days to order parts/engine mounts. The receptionist Katie was straightforward and helpful in giving me updates. The car has been running great so far, and I felt respected as a female customer/driver, which I normally don't get at other auto shops (like Firestone at Osceola). I actually look forward to taking my car back to All Car Shop for recommendations/preventative maintenance. Thank you!
Starting with Katie at the front desk and continuing with our tech and other team members, the crew at All Car Shop is friendly and professional. We had 2 vehicles serviced with them. The initial brake job on our truck did not turn out as we expected, but management stood behind the warranty without any hesitation! Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised because often times repair shops try to wiggle out of warranties. That wasn't the case here. They honored the warranty and resolved quickly resolved the issue. We are very pleased with the service and will continue to patronize their business.
They do a great job, and they get your car's repairs done quickly. They honored a warranty from my last repair even though it was done at another shop. They're also good about checking on your car when you get it back, so they know you're satisfied with the job. Personally, I find the pricing to be a little expensive, but since they're friendly, respectable, and reliable, I'll keep taking my car here.
They gave us address to buy "Napa" parts!!

My family has been bringing our vehicles for a few years now. It's difficult to find a trustworthy shop, and we feel fortunate to have done so. Our latest visit was for a major job we'd been putting off and we're more than pleased with the results.
