My go-to mechanic for all things big and small
It has been a pleasant experience using EGM for my car maintenance. This is my first visit and as a first time customer, I am more than happy with my car repair. My special thanks to Randy for providing regular update on my car and always smile on his face.

I'm about to go out of town. And, of course, the "Maintenance Required" light on my 2004 Toyota Camry decided to go on. That being said, if I could give EGM Automotive a 10 star rating, I would. All because they checked my fluids, tire pressure & reset the gauge light on very short notice. Love their top-shelf service.

This shop is highly recommended and I can see why. They are personable, friendly and very busy and they do great work! They did about $ 2500. in major repairs and worked with my warranty company to get approval for repairs and file the claims for reimbursement. i will definitely go back to them for all my automotive needs very simply because they are good, and I trust them! Trust is huge in this industry and if you find a shop that does good work and you feel you can trust them, you have to support them! The last time I was coming to pick up my car it was about to start storming. I strongly recommend this auto repair service. This was my first time here and it was surprisingly clean from other shops I have been in and I was immediately greeted with a smile which I find also rare in this type of business. I had my brakes replaced and fluid flushed. I have known Russ prior to Elk Grove Marathon. It was natural for me to go to Marathon where he continues to provide excellent service. Always polite and knowledgeable and personable. All at EGV Marathon are top notch. Even in the worst of weather conditions when I needed immediate help, they were right there and in no time my car was repaired and I was on my way. Everything went great. I had my car serviced here before and it was smooth so when my car went up in smoke I had it towed to EGM. The process the leave the car there was easy. Then the car was serviced the very next day and there’s no BD. No upselling. No overcharging. I truly am a fan of this business. I haven't experienced such straight forward, no nonsense, legitimate work with mechanics before. The EGM team has been a breath of fresh air.Service: General repairs & maintenance
