They were able to fit me in for an oil change last minute and were super quick! Given the current economy they were also extremely affordable! They did a great thorough check of my car.

We have used EGM for years now. They are excellent in every way. We use them for many different services thru the years. I just checked the ones I can remember. Manny and his staff are top notch and very honest. My truck stalled and was making a strange noise so I had it towed to EGM. They did a good job fixing my truck previously so I brought it back. They could not replicate the problem and were very honest about the diagnosis. Charged me a reasonable rate for an inspection. As I second time customer I can vouch this is an honest shop that does good work. I will be using EGM moving forward for all of my automotive mechanical issues. I'm new in town. Was looking for a Honest and Good mechanic shop, for general maintenance. Been here twice, I appreciate the good service, they do their job well, have recommendations but aren't pushy. I have found what I was looking for.
I was going on a long trip and had them check my car for any issues. They came back with recommendations that I had done! Car did great on the 14 hour one way trip! I will use them again!

I needed my a/c fixed before the hot days arrive. I put a post out on the Elk Grove Village Facebook Page and EGM was mentioned the most, so I gave them a try. When it comes to getting work done on my vehicle I want trust, honestly and communication. EGM really delivered all the above. Super happy with the service and 100% recommend giving them your trust!
Great shop. My air conditioner was broken on my Ford ranger Manny got it fixed in a prompt time. It works so well like better than new I'm thinking of using it as a freezer in my driveway when at home. They followed up to make sure workmanship and parts are working to my satisfaction. Great bunch of guys. I will be telling everybody what a great shop Manny has. Thanks again fellows.
They did the repair flawlessly. Car is very cold and prior was so hot hard to breath with windows closed. There was also an error light and on the dash and warning noise, thought was caused by service. Brought it back and they took the time to check, no attitude very accommodating and friendly, explained it was an aftermarket radar detector the previous owner installed. They must of turned up the volume when working on it. So found out had another feature on car not aware of - they are wonderful to work with, have gone there for a number of years. Highly recommend.
Great of repair matched the quality of people! I asked if they could walk me through the issues I was having with the car. They took me into the shop and explained the issues as well as options to take. Very thorough. They got my car back to me within 20 hours of me dropping it off (given the fact that they had all the parts)! I would use their services again, problem is... my car works now, so I guess it wouldn’t make sense...
I have been bringing my vehicles to Manny and Russ for the past 8 years! Awesome work and great prices. Always going above and beyond when needed! I truly trust them especially as a female you don’t want to get taken advantage of. You have also have amazing techs!!!! If your thinking about coming their shop I 100% recommend it!!!
Took my vehicle there for a Complete Vehicle inspection and Oil change and all of the staff were very informative and honest! The mechanic Bob showed me a couple of cracks I had in the belts and that my rear brakes were down to 10%. The waiting area is very clean and has complimentary drinks and snacks while your waiting. The Service Advisor, Russ had a detailed invoice of everything they checked, along with an estimate for when I want to get the brakes and belts replaced. I appreciate the time Bob took to do the thorough inspection and the estimate Russ put together for me for the work I need done. Highly recommended after experiencing their service and price comparing!!
Called the shop and spoke with Russ about getting my rear brakes changed and they were able to schedule me for next day service! I was able to drop my vehicle off and was offered to be taken to work nearby so that I was not wasting money on Uber. Bob was a pleasure to talk to on the way there and said he would have my vehicle ready well before I was off work. Upon completion, Bob picked me up and took me back to the shop to pay. I was shocked to see how much cheaper they were compared to a few other places I had called! Service was excellent and I will be returning, as well as recommending!

I recently took my car to get looked at for a loud noise and the guys at EGM not only identified the problem right away but fixed it all in the same day.
