Excellent on-time work coming back last month for general maintenance and to check if my missing heat shield was a problem. Thank you to the professionals at EGM Automotive for fitting me in on my day off and taking care of things faster than I expected!My review from 10 months ago:After years of going to my dealership to get work done I was tired of “just being a number” and being expected to wait hours for simple maintenance and repairs. A family member referred me to EGM, and I’ve been very happy with their friendly and professional approach to doing a job right and on time. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change My daughter stated that this place gets great reviews. I made an appointment and when I arrived they worked on my car immediately. Oil changed, tires rotated, checked brakes, fluids, and battery all within 1/2 hour. Great service. I will be going back. Highly recommended!!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in for an oil change and they also let me know I have a cracked strut that I should try to have serviced under warranty. They're friendly, prompt, reasonably priced, and seem trustworthy and honest. Better than any dealer or other mechanic I've been to in the past.

They are so honest and have helped me and my Malibu for the past few years! From (multiple) nails in my tires, cracked exhausts, and my tire rod snapping. My car always comes back in amazing shape and they follow up a few weeks later to see how my car is. When visiting EGM in person to schedule the fix, I was courteously greeted by Russ, the manager, who gave me a reasonable estimate and worked with me to arrange a time that'd fit my work schedule. Upon dropoff of my car, Russ himself drove me to my office and once complete, only a few hours later, my car was returned to me at my place of work.Additionally, a few days after the repair, Manny, the owner of the business reached out to me personally to make sure all had gone well and that I was satisfied with EGM's repair and service. ... My reply was a resounding "Yes!" ... with the add that it was great to now be able to make a right turn without sounding like my axle was going to crack in two!In short, EGM's reputation is one of reasonable, reliable repairs and courteous, helpful customer service.. and it's why they've been, and remain to be, the only crew I use for my car repair needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

He also gave me several preventative maintenance options, clearly explaining that they were PREVENTATIVE and would help my vehicle's performance but didn't critically have to be done. My car was ready when promised. The two gentlemen that gave me a ride home and then picked me up were very courteous (I believe that one of them was Manny). The wait times when I dropped off/picked up my car were very short. They honored several coupons that I had for different services that I had done. Manny even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure that my car was now running well, which was definitely a nice personal touch. EGM Automotive will definitely be the shop that I use for ALL services needed on my car in the future!My services were performed on August 20. The reason for this review being so late is because, until this past week, I had only used my car around town. I had concerns about shaking and they were kind enough to message back and fourth with me constantly, answering all my questions. They promptly did an inspection they called me almost immediately after. They were very kind and took the time to explain the findings and their recommendations. They were even able to get the car back to me the same day! Which was amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service and driving my car feels better than ever!
