I used this business for my last oil change service all prior service has been done at the Honda dealership, the next time around they where not available within the timeframe, and I needed the oil change ASAP. I decided to do it myself only to find my skid plate was missing. I called in to give it a shot and maybe they had it at the shop, but I knew that was a longshot, and going to be a disappointment beforehand, although Manny & Russ took into action immediately & took care of the issue providing me with new genuine Honda parts. I do appreciate them taking care of the issue at hand in a timely manor.Service: Oil change

Decided to check EGM for myself and a friend and I couldn’t be happier. They were honest and told you what needed to be done ASAP and what could probably wait if finances were a concern. Came here and they were confident and honest about what needed to be replaced and what didn’t. Got my rear brakes done, an oil change, and a few other small fixes.
