They were able to fit me in for an oil change last minute and were super quick! Given the current economy they were also extremely affordable! They did a great thorough check of my car.

These guys are great. Good work at a fair price. Never get the feeling they are pushing stuff you don't need. I needed my a/c fixed before the hot days arrive. I put a post out on the Elk Grove Village Facebook Page and EGM was mentioned the most, so I gave them a try. When it comes to getting work done on my vehicle I want trust, honestly and communication. EGM really delivered all the above. Super happy with the service and 100% recommend giving them your trust!
Great shop. My air conditioner was broken on my Ford ranger Manny got it fixed in a prompt time. It works so well like better than new I'm thinking of using it as a freezer in my driveway when at home. They followed up to make sure workmanship and parts are working to my satisfaction. Called the shop and spoke with Russ about getting my rear brakes changed and they were able to schedule me for next day service! I was able to drop my vehicle off and was offered to be taken to work nearby so that I was not wasting money on Uber. Bob was a pleasure to talk to on the way there and said he would have my vehicle ready well before I was off work. Upon completion, Bob picked me up and took me back to the shop to pay. I was shocked to see how much cheaper they were compared to a few other places I had called! Service was excellent and I will be returning, as well as recommending!

I recently took my car to get looked at for a loud noise and the guys at EGM not only identified the problem right away but fixed it all in the same day. When visiting EGM in person to schedule the fix, I was courteously greeted by Russ, the manager, who gave me a reasonable estimate and worked with me to arrange a time that'd fit my work schedule. Upon dropoff of my car, Russ himself drove me to my office and once complete, only a few hours later, my car was returned to me at my place of work.Additionally, a few days after the repair, Manny, the owner of the business reached out to me personally to make sure all had gone well and that I was satisfied with EGM's repair and service. ... He also gave me several preventative maintenance options, clearly explaining that they were PREVENTATIVE and would help my vehicle's performance but didn't critically have to be done. My car was ready when promised. The two gentlemen that gave me a ride home and then picked me up were very courteous (I believe that one of them was Manny). The wait times when I dropped off/picked up my car were very short. They honored several coupons that I had for different services that I had done. Manny even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure that my car was now running well, which was definitely a nice personal touch. EGM Automotive will definitely be the shop that I use for ALL services needed on my car in the future!My services were performed on August 20. The reason for this review being so late is because, until this past week, I had only used my car around town. I had concerns about shaking and they were kind enough to message back and fourth with me constantly, answering all my questions. They promptly did an inspection they called me almost immediately after. They were very kind and took the time to explain the findings and their recommendations.
