Positive: ProfessionalismThey were wonderful! I had another place tell me my brakes were fine, but I knew they weren’t. Came here and they were confident and honest about what needed to be replaced and what didn’t. Got my rear brakes done, an oil change, and a few other small fixes. I sent it to EGM and they not only diagnosed my issue and fixed it the same day but didn't charge me an arm & a leg for it when they honestly could've given the issue. They held my car til I was able to come into town free of charge and get maintenance on it as well. Definitely recommend. I brought my daughter's toyota in to EGM for its yearly complete check up and.oil change. In the past I always returned to the new car dealer service department that the car was purchased. Unfortunately the last couple of visits the service writer strongly advised me that repairs and up sell products were needed to keep it in safe and reliable condition. On the advice of a good friend I visited EGM, Russ and Manny listened and understood that I didn't want to compromise on needed repairs, but did not want to go over board with items not necessary on a ten year old car. They are honest, on time, and willing to explain what is need with a smile on their face. They take the extra steps to make sure you are happy, I got a text from Manny just to ensure everything is working with my truck they fixed. Pricing is more than fair! The guys at EGM are very professional. They definitely go way beyond the extra mile.It all starts from the top, Manny runs a honest, friendly ship. Russ is the manager and oversees the operations. There isn't a better guy around. His knowledge and the way he treats customers is way and well beyond normal. The mechanics are top notch. Never ever have had an issue with their work. You don't get passed around on the phone, put on hold, talking to several different people and given inaccurate information. They are upfront and honest about fees and time frames for repairs. Manny and Russ are the best and I wouldn't consider trusting my vehicle to any other place.
