I recently took my car to get looked at for a loud noise and the guys at EGM not only identified the problem right away but fixed it all in the same day. When visiting EGM in person to schedule the fix, I was courteously greeted by Russ, the manager, who gave me a reasonable estimate and worked with me to arrange a time that'd fit my work schedule. Upon dropoff of my car, Russ himself drove me to my office and once complete, only a few hours later, my car was returned to me at my place of work.Additionally, a few days after the repair, Manny, the owner of the business reached out to me personally to make sure all had gone well and that I was satisfied with EGM's repair and service. ... My reply was a resounding "Yes!" ... with the add that it was great to now be able to make a right turn without sounding like my axle was going to crack in two!In short, EGM's reputation is one of reasonable, reliable repairs and courteous, helpful customer service.. and it's why they've been, and remain to be, the only crew I use for my car repair needs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

He also gave me several preventative maintenance options, clearly explaining that they were PREVENTATIVE and would help my vehicle's performance but didn't critically have to be done. My car was ready when promised. The two gentlemen that gave me a ride home and then picked me up were very courteous (I believe that one of them was Manny). The wait times when I dropped off/picked up my car were very short. They honored several coupons that I had for different services that I had done. Manny even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure that my car was now running well, which was definitely a nice personal touch. EGM Automotive will definitely be the shop that I use for ALL services needed on my car in the future!My services were performed on August 20. The reason for this review being so late is because, until this past week, I had only used my car around town. I was grateful they looked beyond the immediate problem.My 2005 Honda has low milage and now allot more life. Manny gave me a ride home and turned around the car in less than 5 day.They were kind enough to wash it upon pickup. I had concerns about shaking and they were kind enough to message back and fourth with me constantly, answering all my questions. They promptly did an inspection they called me almost immediately after. They were very kind and took the time to explain the findings and their recommendations. They were even able to get the car back to me the same day! Which was amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service and driving my car feels better than ever! I have been going to EGM for awhile and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! This place for auto repairs or just getting an oil change is the place to go. Russ and his staff are Very Knowledgeable, Polite, and Friendly! They Always take the time to go over what they have done and informs you of things that may have to taken care of in the future. I Love this place. I do recommend this place to my Family and Friends! I have told strangers when I heard them asking for a place to go to for repairs.
Very knowledgeable and professionally run business. Everyone is extremely courteous and caring. Elk Grove is lucky to have such a great place to go to for service. Russ is a top-notch service manager and Manny the owner is very caring and appreciative of his customers.
Elk Grove marathon is simply the best place to take your car
as they are very helpful and know the ins and outs of car care.
They are also friendly as hell and they won't rip you off like the dealers
do. so why go anywhere else .

Great service, very respectful, friendly and honest. Hard to find an auto repair shop that you have confidence in but feel Elk Grove Marathon and Russ are the ones to count on for honesty and good service.
