EGM Auto is an auto repair shop you can trust. They repaired my 2004 infiniti fx35 for a reasonable price and won't sell you on unnecessary repairs. The work was good and also didn't take that long. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was a new customer and I will be a forever customer. The professional service and the honest work will keep me coming back. Manny was so nice and accommodating and the price was lower then I expected. Inside the waiting room alone shows this place stands out from the rest, clean, drinks and snacks, social distancing and very comfortable environment.

I have been using EMG for years. Manny and Russ are there for all our needs. They are honest, thorough And go above and beyond. For instance.....my most recent service was that I thought I needed brakes and they called me and told me that I didn’t need brakes and that there was a lot of life left in them. That’s the kind of auto shop I know I want. EMG...you guys rock!

As a first time customer I was very impressed with how they welcomed and attended to my needs immediately. Dropped off the car Monday hopping to get it back on WednesdayThey went over my options with no pressure and had it all finished and ready Tuesday afternoon. I had my axle break and EGM accepted my car on a tow truck immediately. They had my part ordered and installed as quickly as it arrived. I asked for additional services and they evaluated the problem first. EGM could have just did the work I asked for but didn't and i credit that to integrity. I will use their services from this point forward. They are someone I trust.

Had my car worked on twice in the last two weeks. Drive train and some odds and ends. These guys are fantastic. Constant communication and fair prices. Black Mamba is counted on to get me up and down the road. Notice with the new drive train no noise no rattle smooth ride. Little better gas mileage.

EGM is an awesome business to go to when you're in need of car repairs. I've gone a few times and every experience has been straight forward and they don't try to push anything else on me. And being a woman thats hard to find. Russ and Manny are super nice and have great communication when you have any questions or of theu discover anything. They never perform any service before asking. And the service and quality is top match!

Was brought here by auto club towing. I was pretty much stranded on the tollway. They were sympathetic and had warm places to sit, hot coffee (free) and a bathroom. I felt better already. Russ was so nice and made me feel better. Next day got great news that the car fixes would not be that much and suggested things to do when I have more funds. Overall very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Manny, Russ and the rest of the EGM team are the first call I make when I have car issues. Consistent, fair and courteous service complement quality and thoroughly explained work on your vehicle.Not much more you can ask for from a customer's perspective. I called in one morning on a Monday and spoke to Russ, explained that my tire was losing pressure and tried to figure out my options. He told me they could look at it and see if it needed to be patched plugged or if I needed a new tire. They took me in right away they knew that I was supposed to be at work and needed to get to work. They took my tire off and were able to patch it. Very reasonably priced and very great service! Will definitely recommend them to anybody. Thank you for such a phenomenal job being professional and polite!

I brought my car in just in time because the car was failing to accelerate!Shortly thereafter Manny and team did a complete evaluation of car and discovered I needed to have the transmission rebuilt and there were other necessary structural problems needing replacement. I was grateful they looked beyond the immediate problem.My 2005 Honda has low milage and now allot more life. Manny gave me a ride home and turned around the car in less than 5 day.They were kind enough to wash it upon pickup. It rides beautifully and would/will recommend EGM to my friends and neighbors.I'll continue to be a loyal customer for quality, price and service - but as important - because they are wonderful and considerate people to do business with!!Karen K

Absolutely amazing service! We have been using EGM for many years to maintain and repair our large passenger van. We recently ran in to an issue where we needed it to be towed to the shop. Randy was fantastic at helping us coordinate the tow and even let us leave the van on the lot until we decided what to do with the repairs. I must have called them at least 20 times and they were nothing but courteous, kind and patient. If you are looking for a local mechanic that will take fantastic care of not only your vehicle, but you as a customer, this is the place! Thank you everyone at EGM for going above and beyond!

These guys are great! Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced on my wheels. Dropped the car off and they gave me a ride back to work. They even offered to come pick me back up when they were done. Outstanding service! Tires are on and my car is riding great. Definitely will return!

I recently needed to replace my tires, and made an appointment to do so. Through my own mistake, I showed up on the wrong day. EGM was quite accommodating, even making a special telephone call to their tire supplier and running out to pick up the tires in order to service my vehicle on the day I showed up. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to help me out when I showed up unexpectedly. Their service was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. My tires were installed within hours, and I was able to pick up my car very quickly. In addition, I received a call/text the next day and even a couple of days after to ensure everything was to my liking. I cannot recommend this place enough. What great customer service.

I brought my car here by others in the community who recommended EGM as a great business. I had concerns about shaking and they were kind enough to message back and fourth with me constantly, answering all my questions. They promptly did an inspection they called me almost immediately after. They were very kind and took the time to explain the findings and their recommendations. They were even able to get the car back to me the same day! Which was amazing. They went above and beyond with their customer service and driving my car feels better than ever! I won’t hesitate to go back when I need skilled mechanics!

Great experience!I know nothing about cars. Russ patiently explained my problems and the repairs needed in a way that I could understand. He also gave me several preventative maintenance options, clearly explaining that they were PREVENTATIVE and would help my vehicle's performance but didn't critically have to be done. My car was ready when promised. The two gentlemen that gave me a ride home and then picked me up were very courteous (I believe that one of them was Manny). The wait times when I dropped off/picked up my car were very short. They honored several coupons that I had for different services that I had done. Manny even followed-up with me a few days later to make sure that my car was now running well, which was definitely a nice personal touch. EGM Automotive will definitely be the shop that I use for ALL services needed on my car in the future!My services were performed on August 20. The reason for this review being so late is because, until this past week, I had only used my car around town. This week, I took a road trip over 200 miles, and everything was good!
