Recently moved to the area and needed work on the car for the first time. I was recommended to try EGM Automotive. I am sure glad to have received that recommendation. Manny and his staff were all professional, polite and informative. They started working on my car in the morning and I had it back same day. They called with updates and made sure I had informed decisions to make. The car now works great again! They offer rides back home after you drop your car off. I had a situation where I wouldn’t be able to pick up my car when they were done before they closed. They dropped my car off at my house for after it was done and paid for. I couldn’t believe it! I was so grateful. The following day I was messaged by the owner to see if everything went well and was to my liking as well as another thank you and welcome from the company. The staff at EGM Automotive really care about you and your car. Overall, I would recommend EGM Automotive to anyone and I am very happy to know I found my new mechanic services team!

Great staff and environment. 2nd time here for an oil change. It doesn’t matter how big or small the problem is on your vehicle, they will take their time to explain and answer any questions you have. They will give you recommendations and go above and beyond to give you any extra advice about your vehicle if needed. Highly recommended.
If you need it fixed, talk to Russ at the Counter! He'll get you what you need and fast. Always great work at EGM!

Brought my 13 yr old car in for spring oil change & check. For the first time there was a problem w rotating tires due to a warped screw/nut? They were able to order a new part & car was still fixed on time. This business is honest, fair in price considering the skilled workers & would not hesitate recommending to anyone.
First time visit and very pleased! Friendly and knowledgeable staff with very descriptive details of work to be done. Final bill was lower than quoted as a different way was found and used to repair my car.

I had multiple issues with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They correctly diagnosed the problems and did the repairs. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended
100% honest shop. My truck has 100s of hours in custom work so i’m always worried about taking it to shops for mechanical work. These guys are thorough and don’t rush things. I honestly could not be happier with the interactions i’ve had with them. I will be seeing them again
Great service, work done earlier than expected. Fair price, no up-selling, instead they told me what is wearing and will need to be addressed in the future, but nothingneeds to be done right away. Nice, friendly staff, this will be my go-to for future auto repair and maintenance. Wish they had longer or Saturday hours is the only negative I can think of.
I live 5 mins away from EGM Automotive and past them up almost each day, until came the day I needed them. We all dredge going to a mechanic shop fearing the unknown amount you’re gonna get slapped with or being told you need more repairs than what you originally came in for. Anyway, I had the total opposite experience. I sent my 17 year old daughter into EGM & she came home with a reasonable invoice for what the problem maybe. We proceeded with the repairs and my car was ready the same day. I was not able to come in to pick up my car between business hours but was given the option to pick up after hours which was extremely convenient for me. The following day I received a follow up text from Manny (owner) checking in to see if I was satisfied with the work. That alone makes me look no further than EGM. A trusted, caring, and honest mechanic.Thank you Manny & team.

First time client~EGM was recommended on multiple local social media groups, so I called them on a Wednesday for brake inspection/quote and they called back with results & a plan mid-day. Rear pads, rotors and right rear caliper needed to be replaced. Part ordered & car was ready first thing Friday morning for pick up. Couldn’t be more pleased with service, price and courtesy. Front brakes will need attention in the next few months and I’ll be back. Thanks, guys!

My first time visit was a pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend EGM for service on your vehicles I'd like the communication via text, email, making an appointment was easy and they were right on time.
Front office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The service was bit slow. Took whole day for oil change service despite appointment.
I took my 2011 Honda CR-V to EGM at the recommendation of my sister and niece, who said the team there was straightforward with them and gave good advice that suggested they wouldn't just do a big repair for the money. I had a check-engine light. They conducted the full analysis of codes and found a leak, actually a broken bolt in the manifold connecting the catalytic converter to another pipe (forgive me if I don't translate that exactly perfectly). So an exhaust issue. With the repair, my Honda actually sounds the quietest it's been in years (I wonder why it hadn't been caught earlier at other places). EGM also pointed out a deteriorating pipe connected to the thermostat, told me it'd be something to fix down the road -- and they called Honda to learn the pipe is on a fairly big back order. They gave me decent advice on what to watch for and the looming question of whether to sell the old vehicle or keep it.So I found EGM a smaller garage that's not so corporate and therefore can give you good advice and not just kinda automated recommendations, but is big enough to allow you to set up appointments online, to send text messages ahead of the appointment and following up, and to email about the appointment. They'll clearly work with you on the options, costly or not. The repair did take a few business days -- I had to call on the second day that had been promised to get a status -- but I was not in a hurry and this was during a deep freeze that had taken hold of the area. So far so good with EGM.
Their service was excellent and quick. I recommend this shop for everyone. Thanks a lot!
