EGM does a great job and are the real deal. If you need quick, affordable, and professional, go to EGM.
EGM performed a oil change and radiator flush. As always the work was done on time and at a fair price. I would suggest anyone looking for a mechanic to stop by EGM and speak with them.

Saw many good reviews for EGM and tis was a first time visit for me. The repair to the fuel system was very extensive, with Manny and Randy explaining the requirements needed, and keeping me informed of the progress. Everyone, including their auto techs, who are very knowledgeable, took a personal keen interest and desire to "make it happen". I definitely will continue to patronize EGM.
We had a good experience taking our car to EGM. They fixed our wheel bearing quickly and inexpensively, and they gave us reasonable recommendations for future service. We didn't feel pressure to complete all service immediately, and they helped us come up with a realistic timeline to get the work done. We appreciated the great service provided.

I brought my Jeep in to diagnose what was going on after a failed emissions test. I talked with several people and all of them were courteous, thorough, and very nice. I asked a lot of questions since I know next to nothing about cars, and they answered all of them very thoroughly, which I really appreciate. They got my repair done super quick, including ordering genuine Jeep parts (instead of aftermarket which aren't always the best quality).As the customer service cherry on top, they even took my Jeep to get it tested for emissions (it passed, yay!), which is so appreciated because it's one less thing I have to do/worry about now. I totally wasn't expecting that and really appreciate them seeing the repairs all the way through.Finding a mechanic/shop that is trustworthy and does great work is hard, especially when you haven't lived somewhere very long. I'll definitely be bringing my jeep back to EGM next time I need a repair - hopefully I won't need to for a long, long while though!
After getting a bogus diagnosis from the dealer, and after combing through tons of reviews from local garages - I went to EGM for a second opinion. EGM thoroughly addressed my concerns. The entire process was transparent, honest, and efficient. I am relieved to have found a mechanic I can trust. Moving forward, EGM has my business!

Staff at EGM were upfront and honest which is difficult to find these days. Repairs were completed on time and the cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend EGM for any type of service for your vehicle.
It's a family affair in the sense that I and various members of my family have been going to Manny and crew for quality and dependable auto service for years. I would highly recommend them for their vast technical knowledge and courteous and friendly manners as well as being reasonably priced. A+++!
First time there. My friend suggested EGM. Easy peasy. Manny is great. Answered all of my questions. I was able to get my car the next day. They check in on you in a few days to see if you are still happy. They are really busy but you don't feel rushed at all. I will go back. You should too!

Everything went great. I had my car serviced here before and it was smooth so when my car went up in smoke I had it towed to EGM. The process the leave the car there was easy. Then the car was serviced the very next day and there’s no BD. No upselling. No overcharging. I truly am a fan of this business. I haven't experienced such straight forward, no nonsense, legitimate work with mechanics before. The EGM team has been a breath of fresh air.
