Excellent service - Russ, Manny and the team do an excellent job. I recently dropped my car off for new tires. I was surprised that I was able to pick up my car the same day! Russ is a great service manager and the techs are very good. Manny is a great owner they really care about giving great service.
My check engine light was on and my back up camera wasn't working all the time I brought my car in it took longer than expected but I am totally satisfied with my experience
Everything went great. I had my car serviced here before and it was smooth so when my car went up in smoke I had it towed to EGM. The process the leave the car there was easy. Then the car was serviced the very next day and there’s no BD. No upselling. No overcharging. I truly am a fan of this business. I haven't experienced such straight forward, no nonsense, legitimate work with mechanics before. The EGM team has been a breath of fresh air.

Been using EGM since I got my car a little over a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with their services! I dropped my car off for an oil change, air & cabin filter change, and tire rotation at 8am. I got a call at 10:45 that it was ready to be picked up. They made me aware that there was a slight pulling of the steering wheel due to the tire rotation and that it’ll go away and it went away completely later that day. EGM is our preferred mechanic shop. Always helpful and reliable. We have been taking our vehicles to them for years. We even arranged for them to inspect prospective vehicles we were considering buying. It is so very nice to have a trustworthy shop to deal with all our vehicle maintenance and repairs. We have used EGM for years now. They are excellent in every way. We use them for many different services thru the years. I just checked the ones I can remember. My truck stalled and was making a strange noise so I had it towed to EGM. They did a good job fixing my truck previously so I brought it back. They could not replicate the problem and were very honest about the diagnosis. Charged me a reasonable rate for an inspection. As I second time customer I can vouch this is an honest shop that does good work. I will be using EGM moving forward for all of my automotive mechanical issues. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change My daughter stated that this place gets great reviews. I made an appointment and when I arrived they worked on my car immediately. Oil changed, tires rotated, checked brakes, fluids, and battery all within 1/2 hour. Great service. I will be going back. Highly recommended!!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in for an oil change and they also let me know I have a cracked strut that I should try to have serviced under warranty. They're friendly, prompt, reasonably priced, and seem trustworthy and honest. Better than any dealer or other mechanic I've been to in the past.

Positive: Punctuality, ValueI wanted to add to my rating over a year later.. Still love this place!!! Manny and the team are phenomenal! They are so honest and have helped me and my Malibu for the past few years! From (multiple) nails in my tires, cracked exhausts, and my tire rod snapping. My car always comes back in amazing shape and they follow up a few weeks later to see how my car is.
