Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI experienced terrible miscommunication on my appointment time. They did not tell me they needed my car for four hours for a fifteen minute job. They reassured me twice that my 235 winters could fit onto my car, after having my car for four hours I got a call saying they couldn't put them on. I didn't get an apology, just a 'well it turns out we can't do it.'
Booked an oil change appointment with 2 days notice. Got a good morning time, 9:00am. Arrived at the appointed time and my vehicle was taken into the shop. I was told the change would take 1 hour to complete along with the various other checks of my car. I went for a walk and returned to find my car ready. Thank you.
Love the friendly and detailed care. Service always comes with education - important for a non-car person like me! I am spontaneous so although happy Walkers are busy I need to get more organized and advance book appointments. Grateful to the Walker's team for how they support our community and visitors.

The folks in this garage went above and beyond for me when my car wasn’t able to make it home to Canmore. They fit my car in within an hour of calling in, loaned me a complimentary vehicle for the night/following day when we found out it wasn’t road worthy, and worked on my car as soon as we were able to track down the proper part.With the help of the entire team, we were able to make it home 3 days earlier than the next best scenario. I could not recommend this garage more.
Mike was extraordinary. I had an immediate issue with my car and my friend recommended Walker’s to me. I called and Mike was able to take me in right away. He was extremely professional, extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better. If anything comes up with my vehicle again, this is the first place I’m coming to, hands down
Friendly honest service
Walter's took the van in, fabricated and welded in a replacement within a few hours and didn't charge anything extra (just time and steel stock). Other mechanics couldn't even make space to look at it for a week and we were under time pressure to continue our trip.We used their comfortable waiting room and wi-fi while we waited.
