I had mixed experience with this repair centre. After phoning many repair centres in Invermere, this was the only one willing to order replacement tires for my VW Eurovan. Mike on the front desk seemed busy with phone calls with suppliers and not so attentive to customers. The work was done promptly at the appointed time and the tech was friendly. I gave clear instructions on the two tires to be replaced but found these were not followed which was a disappointment. Mike had also quoted an all-in price for the tires. I'm not sure what was meant by all-in, but disappointed to find additional charges on the bill. Subsequently, I spoke with Mike who offered to make it right which was appreciated but unnecessary. Overall, the service was fine, but my expectations were not met.Service: Tires
