We had an excellent experience with Walkers repair centre after a bad run in with an out of province sale. Thank you for the advice and great service guys!

The staff is always helpful and friendly, they don't treat their customers like they're dumb, or in my case like I'm a girl. They are respectful and look at my concerns. I feel comfortable there and I trust them.

Walter's took the van in, fabricated and welded in a replacement within a few hours and didn't charge anything extra (just time and steel stock). Other mechanics couldn't even make space to look at it for a week and we were under time pressure to continue our trip.We used their comfortable waiting room and wi-fi while we waited.

Ross and Staff - provided a very quick turnaround which was not expected but very much needed. I had my jeep towed in to Walker's Automotive with a dead starter motor and with an immediate need to use the jeep for the family.Ross personally assisted to help confirm the problem and ordered the parts before closing. The parts were overnighted and available to put into the jeep first thing in the morning and I received a call 9:30am from Arlee of the front desk to confirm the jeep was ready for pickup. This saved trying to drive grandkids to camp, my Son to work and me to my needed workload all in another car.Thanks GUYS!!!! I couldn't be happier.Rick

We got stuck there last week I tried to talk them into letting me get my own parts but they refused saying they were liable and they wanted all this extra stuff done to make sure the oil pressure pump would function not having any options I said go for it I found out later that day in this small town that the owner of that shop also owns Napa auto parts which is where they ordered the part from $5000 dollars and 5 days later it ran from invermere to Revelstoke and did not start up again it took forever to get a hold of anyone to be responsible for what happened we towed the truck to another mechanic who says they didn't clean out the gunk from the oil tubes which they claimed they had to do and that from the looks of what happened they mis diagnosed the problem because the problem is in the fuel pump not the oil pressure pump and now we're out more money losing another week of work while the "guarantee" that they offer you is based in Montreal and will only reimburse you if the problem is with the specific part they replaced not for mis diagnoses I feel bad because everyone in that town is really nice and I'm sure this can happen to anyone but the reality is the truck wouldn't start when I brought it in and it's not starting now so for me this shop screwed me out of my money and time good luck to anyone else

Shop was very busy and they fit us in. We were travelling through and were recommended them, they found an Alternator and got us back on the road quickly.

TOP 3 Reasons1- No Courtesy Call when Finished!2- Over TWO WEEKS for 3 hours of Labour3- Your Truck has Gremlins?If your looking for great excuses like your truck has Gremlins or Ghosts, then get charged only to have the exact same problem, only to be charged again, Walkers is the place for you. Granted the work was done, over TWO WEEKS after you left your ride there for the first time. Maybe it was done even sooner, but you will never know, because they have not called you to let you know its finished!! Great communication Walkers, looking forward to sharing my experience with others.....
