Atlantic was there when I needed them. My fuel pump unexpectedly failed at 102,000 miles, but Atlantic Autowerks was able to get me back on the road in a single day. That's why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work!

As is the norm for me with Atlantic Autowerks, the work on my X3 was performed in a highly professional and timely fashion. They provided an estimate, kept me informed and then executed as promised. Very/very pleased and no reservations in recommending the pros at Atlantic Automwerks. GR Jones

I was prepared for the best when I arrived because I was told about the shop from a good friend of mine. I was not disappointed. The staff were expecting me. The wait time was very brief and they were done with my car in no time at all. They even suggested that I could take the car to Checkered Flag to be serviced because I had low mileage. I refused of course and will continue to bring my car to Atlantic.

Everyone was nice. I laughed the whole time. The guys are funny, which made for a great experience. They got my car right in. Everything was flawless!

If you want your BMW, SAAB, MINI, cared for by trained professionals then take your auto to Atlantic Autowerks. They've been servicing my cars for over 20 years.
I recommend them highly for their technical expertise and honesty.

Our experience has always been great. And the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Steve, is always courteous and helpful. He must have had some great parents as an example! And as my husband always says 'it was just peachy'!

I had my wife's '99 BMW serviced at a couple of shops over the years but we continued to have problems. We went through a radiator and two reserve radiator tanks(?). After the second tank went we were told serious damage was done to the engine and would require a rebuild. We were referred to Atlantic Autowerks and had the BMW towed to their shop. We were going out of town the next day. Steve and Mike were great, not only did they do their own diagnostics but keep me informed what was found over the weekend. We did not need a rebuild as they found non OEM part had been installed which was the root cause of the problems we had been experiencing. I was provided a quote over the phone and they completed the work while we were gone. When we returned I was informed of other small problems they had discovered while fixing the main issues but did not want to disturb the rest of our vacation. Not only did they fix these other issues but did not charge me for them as they were not quoted. Saved me over $5k vs rebuilding the engine and could have saved me an additional $6k over the past 2 years if I had just brought the car to them in the first place. They are very honest and do not try to come up with stuff to fix just to hike up your bill. Everything they have suggested has been backed up facts and the justification for the repair. I will never take our BMW to any other shop.

i was pleased with the service and helpfulness of the crew. the details of the service were discussed before i went ahead with the service and my car was done in the estimated time given.

This was only my second visit to Atlantic Autowerks, and each time was a very good experience. These guys are knowledgeable and seem to be very honest. I am not going back to the dealer to have my car serviced anymore. Recently, my husband bought a 2008 535i and it only came with one key. We ordered one from BMW and when I picked it up they told me I had to make an appointment to have the key programed. My husband took it to Atlantic Autowerks and all that needed to be done was to start the car with the new key and it was programed!! NO CHARGE!! I'm sure if I went to the dealer down the street, they would have charged us an arm and a leg!! Love these guys!

Atlantic Autowerks's professionalism displayed at their shop on my recent visit was top notch to say the least. Honest diagnosis and reasonable pricing goes a long way in repeat customers of which I'm committed to be. In my case, the problem was quickly found, shown to me and fixed. Another repair establishment two blocks from your location of which it's name I won't mention couldn't even look at my vehicle for nearly two more weeks, give me a loaner car and the cost estimate was astronomical. Kudos to Alantic Autowerks and keep up the good work......

If you guys would pay your electric bill on time you wouldn't have to worry about the lights going out. Oh wait that wasn't your fault when a section of the power grid failed due to a goose flying into a transformer. Despite that little glitch, you guys did a great job. Very happy with the results.

I have been to Atlantic Autowerks twice, with and without an appointment, both times after receiving horrible service from the BMW dealership's service center, with the problem not solved the first time, and exacerbated by them the second time, for a lot of money. At Atlantic Autowerks, I got quick service, well done.

I always leave the shop felling like my car is like new. I really appreciate how they worked so hard to get everything done to meet my schedule. If you own a BMW this is the place to have service done. They know what they are doing and the price is right.

Oil change, no issues, as expected. They did forget to reset the service counter in the car and is the only reason why I did not rate them higher.

The service was great!!! I was given a time my car would b ready & it was ready at that time. I was given a price for the service been performed & part of it wasn't needed so they didn't do it. I was called & told about it & wasn't charged. I felt that was excellent. The honesty was amazing! Most places wouldn't have called or told me & still charged me. The have a customer for life! I'm glad my friend referred me to them!!!!!

I needed a new battery for my Mini. Steve the parts manager had one in stock and replaced it the same day while I waited. Couldn't have been easier, thanks.
