I needed a new battery for my Mini. Steve the parts manager had one in stock and replaced it the same day while I waited. Couldn't have been easier, thanks.

It's always a positive experience getting service at Atlantic Autowerks. They are professional and provide great service to our cars as well as great customer service. We have been going to them for years and we are always pleased.

I walked in with a potential battery issue. The guys got my car right in, diagnosed the problem, replaced my battery and sent me on my way. It could not have gone any smoother. Thanks.

I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Always receive a prompt and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I will continue using their services as long as I own a car.

I feel god about spending maintenance and repair dollars on my beloved E-39 when I know Terry has done the work on jobs I do not have the expertise or the special tools to complete. I feel like he really cares about doing the job correctly and professionally. But tell Mike to not talk so fast on the phone, God love him.

I just moved to the area, googled these guys online and saw the reviews so I thought why not. They got me in same day I called and replaced my alternator and fixed some other things battery related I was unaware of. Very good price and plan on making this my go to place for any of my BMW 6 series needs.

Thanks for short service of vehicle; but it proved most cost effective to move on from that vehicle.

... An exception... Michael. The guy went over the edge when it came to telling me what the heck was wrong. Talk about being schooled! I like to understand what and why before I start forking out cash. Michael did just that. A true master of his trade AND customer satisfaction. Wish they worked on jeeps!

The check engine light came on on our Mini, and the dealer couldn't fit us in for a week. Atlantic could take us same day for diagnosis, and was able to fix the car the same day. Since the problem turned out to be something that needed to be addressed quickly, we're glad Atlantic could make time for us. This is our second car being serviced at Atlantic, and we've been quite happy with their knowledge of our vehicles and responsiveness.

I was very pleased with the fast and professional service provided in replacing the radiator in my BMW. The car was in and out of the shop in about 24 hours, and the job was done right. Special thanks to Mike for his professional knowledge and helpfulness.

Excellent customer service, Mike and Steve are so helpful. We have been taking our cars to Atlantic for 15 years. They are so professional, trustworthy and knowledgable. I know that everytime I take my car to Atlantic, it will be taken care of properly.

Scratches on front side of car. Also scratches on side bumper with a palm size scrap on same side of back bumper. Car has a little rattle was started only last for about one minute.

I took the car there to replace front breaks and have them check on the left turn signal because it's malfunction. They provide me the details of what they are going to do exactly to my car as so the price they quote. The service from person picking up the phone talking to me to the day I went to pick the car up after they finish with it was great. I would recommend to my friends to go to this place. The guy who took care of me is great. If something he doesn't know he will eventually find that out and let me know ASAP. That's what I like about this place because they will let you know what need to be done and what can or can't use to substitute on the problems in the car. I gave 4 stars because even how perfect they are there one thing we all concern about..... That's right it's money! Something I learn about this is that whatever you want to fix and think it will be expensive. It will not be. The other way around something that should be cheap turns out to be expensive instead.

Terry diagnosed my problem quickly and Ralph was able to replace the thermostat is a short amount of time. Steve did a great job explaining me the possible issues. As usual, great customer service and conversation.

The situation was one of those complicated problems where the diagnosis was not easy. However, these guys used thir know-how and experience to dial into the solution. Excellent work, guys. You've been the sole mechanics for this car for last 19 years. I have no plans to end this relationship.
