Tim was amazing, kind, and genuine. My sister's alternator went out and we had to have it towed there after hours. I called 20 minutes before they closed to ensure we could park her car there overnight. Not only did he say it would be be fine but texted us about an hour afterward to check to see if everything went OK. The next day the repair was done at noon. Much quicker than we anticipated and she was on her way back to San Diego! Usually when dealing with mechanics it is stressful and you doubt the integrity of the price. But this place went above and beyond and we were comfortable every step of the way. Thanks Tim and Tim's brother ! AND all our change was left in the car!!

I found Rick' Automotive to be responsive, honest and fair. They only fixed what was needed and didn't try to sell services that can clearly wait. They might not be the cheapest, but the work was done reliably and in a timely manner. We will definitely be taking our car there again in the future.

I called a few days before hand to inquire if they could fix my trunk which wasn't opening, but kept getting an error message that it was open. The gentlemen was very polite, and understood that I couldn't make an appointment but still welcomed me to come in. I dropped my car off at a little before 12, the gentlemen said that it would take 1-2 hours to diagnose and then they would call me. They called me 1 hour later and gave me a breakdown of what happened, and said they could fix it before my next appointment, as well as quoted me a discounted price because of my Triple A membership. I went back 1 hour later, and my car was ready to go! No additional prices that were added, and they even included a 2-year warranty. From start to finish, they were a class act and I will definitely go back in the future should I need to!

Rick is a good guy and completely made me feel like a customer that mattered. He's extremely honorable and definitely owns up to any mishaps which I find to be extremely rare. He's an honest businessman and has a well kept shop.
Service was outstanding and very reasonable cost.Definitely recommend.
Great service. Came in with the car and was done within minutes. The car was done the next day and when i picked it up, i was in and out in 5 minutes. Car works great. (NEW) They found a mystery electrical drain that kept killing my battery. The Ford dealer did not find it. Now, my battery stays charged even when sitting for a week.
Trustworthy mechanics who do a great job and go out their way to make sure your vehicle gets the service it should. Will always come here as long as I’m in the area! Will recommend others too! Hard to find honest mechanics like this these days.
