Rick and his crew have been taking care of my 2000 Saturn for many (many) years now. While not inexpensive, he's fair and backs up his work. I trust that when he says I need something done, it's really necessary.
Honesty above all else! Even helped us when we broke down out of state by reassuring us about the service we were receiving. Rick's is absolutely the best. Serving our vehicles for over ten years.
Rick's automotive is honest and fair. I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic. As a female, it is hard to feel sure about what a mechanic is telling you and I felt comfortable about Rick's from the first time I took my cars there.

I have been taking my cars to Rick's for over 15 years. They are honest and do good quality work. It is rare that I have to take the car back to double-check something that they fixed; they tend to get it right the first time. And they have great customer service, a very important factor for me....Rick blew me away when he remembered my name the second time he ever saw me, and the personal attention has continued ever since. He was also very indulgent with my young son and answered his questions about mechanics as he grew. Rick's son Tim has learned to follow in his dad's footsteps both in terms of car care and great customer service. The only negative is that they are closed on weekends, so you have to plan accordingly. But the high quality of everything else makes it worth disregarding that inconvenience. I recommend Rick's to all my friends and have for years. Thank you Rick and Tim!
I have been taking my vehicles to Rick's for over 20 years. He and his team are always professional and courteous. Repairs are quick and done right and fairly priced. There is no hard-sell for services you don't need. Very honest shop.I just had some work done on my pick up which has 178k miles on it. Rick has kept it running strong all these years and I see many more to come.I highly recommend Rick's for any car repair needs.
For the last two decades I have taken all our cars to Rick's for service. The quality of work is top notch, the prices are reasonable, the staff courteous and informative. It's also the cleanest car care facility I have ever seen--as good as the newest dealership. Because it's a fairly small operation, they can keep their overhead down and their prices reflect that. It's family-owned and operated and is run with integrity and a concern for their customers. I recommend it highly and will continue to do business there as long as I am a driver.

I've been taking 2 cars to Rick;s for over 10 years. 10 years ago, my brother in law (a mechanic) visited their shop & pronounced it clean & organized. He was impressed so I started taking my cars there. Rick's is honest, dependable and they treat their customers well. If they tell you, you need something, you need it and if they suggest something, they will tell you if you can wait or not. They know their stuff!

I have had 10 years of the greatest service @ Rick's. Four vehicles, three personal and one work van have been highly maintained here. The best customer service, Rick always lets me know when something needs to be addressed right away or if it can wait awhile. Clean, honest and completely thorough!!But something I didn't expect is the kindness of this man and his team of Angels!! My adult son was recently in a near fatal accident (he lives with me now) and I needed some "muscle" work done at my home. One Saturday, Rick & his "Angels" showed up with huge trucks and cleared away some left over debris from our once family business. I am humbled by Rick's generosity and kindness. Thank You just isn't enough for all that they did.So not only is this the best place to have your vehicle serviced, the man behind the counter is true and genuine. He even prayed with me for my son's healing.God Bless Rick's Automotive and his team of "Angels"!!

Referred by a friend, called to make an appointment but guy on the phone was rude, couldn't catch his name. If that's how they treat someone by phone I can just imagine in person. Won't be going there.

Rick's is the best! After a horrible experience at the dealership where I bought my car, I decided to try Rick's. Best choice I've made in respect to my car. The work is top notch, and I've never felt bullied into doing unnecessary maintenance or repairs. Pricing is great and turn around time is fast. I highly recommend!
