Great service. Came in with the car and was done within minutes. The car was done the next day and when i picked it up, i was in and out in 5 minutes. Car works great. (NEW) They found a mystery electrical drain that kept killing my battery. The Ford dealer did not find it. Now, my battery stays charged even when sitting for a week.
I had recently taken my Subaru into my local Subaru dealer for an oil change and inspection. They were recommending that I replace my head gasket as the engine was leaking. I came to Rick's for a second opinion and inspection as part of a claim process as my car was still under third-party warranty. Tim and the team inspected the items I mentioned and steam-cleaned the area where it was leaking to get a better look. With the clean on the engine head they didn't see any damage or leakage occurring and indicated that the car looked fine mechanically. I am so glad I brought the car in for a second opinion before requesting unnecessary repairs or potentially paying out of pocket. Tim even only charged me only for the steam clean and not the inspection/claim process which lowered my total a bit. Highly recommend !!!
I used to take my cars to other shops for maintenance, but since going to Rick’s Automotive I have not gone anywhere else. Rick and Tim are extremely friendly, and honest. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of and they are honest with me about the work I need. Even if it’s something I need down the line, they are clear and don’t push me to get it done immediately if there is no need. Scheduling is super easy and the work done at their shop is top notch! I highly recommend them!
Rick's has been an amazing mechanic. From day one I knew they would be my go to. I had my alternator go bad on me and had to get it towed over. They finished not long before closing and Rick drove over to pick me up. When I went to pay I noticed like a dummy I had left my wallet at home and it was now after closing. I was embarrassed and felt bad but Rick actually lent me his car to go back for my wallet while he started to close up. A lot of other shops might do great work as well but Rick earned a loyal customer that day. There's cheaper places out there but you get what you pay for and for the level of quality service they put Rick's can't be beat. I've never felt like they pushed anything on me and they are always upfront about what I should get done and what can wait. Tim is always friendly as well.TL;DR. Rick Tim and the rest of the team are awesome. Highly recommend.
The #1 factor I look at is a business I can TRUST with my vehicle.I saw the phenomenal reviews and I decided to take my chances with a local, family owned business and I am absolutely glad I did!The very moment I pulled my vehicle over I was greeted by Rick, owner of the business.Extremely kind. Personable. Honest. I knew immediately this was the right business to bring my vehicle.I was told I had to leave my vehicle for the day for inspection, but the promised to give me a call that day.Followup calls seem rare but I received the followup call same day and they gave me the confidence I needed to resolve my AC issue.I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day and the entire process was flawless. Rick and Tim are absolutely amazing!If you are looking for a business and people you can trust and establish a long term relationship. I 💯 100% recommend Rick's Automotive!

Went to the Rick's Automotive last month for a diagnostic check since my headlights would randomly turn off periodically and my battery and engine light would flicker. It obviously appeared there was something wrong with my electrical system. I paid $175 for them to tell me I had no issues with my electrical system and that light going out must have been fluke. I asked them what battery level my car was and they had no idea even though that was one of the only things I had requested them to check for their $175 check. Now not even two weeks later my car still has the same electrical issues and now I'm $175 in the hole with no idea as to what is actually wrong with my car. I don't have any extra money to be throwing around and I feel like I was absolutely robbed. Also there was also some other issues with their team requesting that I replace my intake gasket kit which costs a lot in labor to do and they never put any notes as to why they thought that was needed to be done even though the representative kept insisting he put every single thing wrong with the car in the notes. So that was a little fishy too but besides not my main point here.

My Lexus needed service, but I was fed up with the high prices of the dealership repair shop. Rick's shop is near my home, and is AAA recommended. So I brought my car there. Nice to deal with a more personal, smaller shop compared to a big dealership. Rick was very professional, and kept me informed by phone through the day about the progress. I had oil service and a full brake job done. All good. Thank you Rick and your mechanics!

I needed my oil and brakes changed, including an overall diagnostics of my car so it can be ready for a long trip to northern california. I was greeted by Tim over the phone and in person, he was very professional and transparent in regards to what i needed to get done. No bullshit, straight to the point. I asked him to let me know if they find anything that needs to be addressed, which they considerately followed up by phone. And they hooked it up by rotating my tire for free. Overall, i am very happy with my experience at Rick's automotive. Definitely going to be my go to place from now on when my car needs some loving!

These guys are the best. Rick was very nice and always willing to give me a ride and his son Tim is the man. He was able to help me trouble shoot my diesel truck. These guys are super honest, nice and their shop is the most organized and cleanest shop I have EVER seen. I have since recommended my parents and I will be taking my wifes car to them for some repair work. So Glad to have found Rick and Tim, Thanks guys!!!!

Absolute pleasure doing business with these guys. Despite the fact that my car has been extremely difficult to diagnose, they worked diligently and we're very open with me about the issues they faced. It is comforting to find an honest mechanic that goes out of his way to do all he can to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody and we'll definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future whenever I need service.
Some of the friendliest professionals I have ever dealt with. They have bent over backwards to try and fix the many issues I ma having with my vehicle. always being upfront and honest about what they have been able to address, and more importantly, what they have been unable to do. A pleasure to do business with them and I would definitely continue to bring my car to this establishment.
