Rick's Automotive on Balboa in Granada Hills is the best place ever to take your car. I love that they text me reminders when it's time for my service, their shop is clean, and Rick and Tim are so knowledgable and friendly! They make you feel just like family. And they send a text after servicing my car to ask if everything is / was ok! Highly recommend!!

I have taken my car to Rick's for years. They have maintained my 2006 Highlander so perfectly that I am just a few miles away from 300,000! Amazing. They are knowledgeable, courteous and always there when I need advice or service. I will never use any other mechanic. I HIGHLY recommend Rick's Automotive... my husband does as well.

I have been using Rick's since we moved to Granada Hills so probably almost 20 years now. My first impression was how clean and orderly the shop was and that hasn't changed all these years. Rick and Tim are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I've rarely had any issues with a repair or tires I've bought from them and if I have they resolved it quickly. I highly recommend them if you need an honest mechanic in the Granada Hills area.

Great service. Came in with the car and was done within minutes. The car was done the next day and when i picked it up, i was in and out in 5 minutes. Car works great.

Rick’s Automotive is hands down the BEST service I have ever received. The shop is pristine, the mechanics are courteous and professional, and they went above and beyond to repair my car to perfect working condition. Their prices are extremely reasonable and best of all they didn’t try to sell me on repairs that didn’t need to be done. I will recommend Rick’s Automotive to anyone and everyone. They have a customer for life.

My mom suggested Rick's Automotive and they not only took the time to diagnosis and let me know...but completed the repairs and my car is running better than ever! I hope I don't need to go back in the future for any repairs :) but I will definitely be back for my regular maintenance in the future! A very happy and satisfied customer!

Great shop, fast service and very honest people. They will never tell you wrong information to make more money. I would recommend this place to other people as they are trust worthy.
My headlight has been out for a while, decided to get it done last minute and Ricks automotive were there to help me! Extremely friendly staff that went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I'm definite going to be recommending them and coming back!
I randomly found Rick's when I was looking to get my exhaust leak fixed one day and have been back a few times since. Tim, Jake and the guys over there are super friendly and extremely thorough. I'm very picky about my car as it is a pretty rare CTS-V wagon (manual) and I definitely don't want anyone effing it up. But I trust these guys to work on my car. Highly recommend for all car maintenance needs.
Rick and his crew have been taking care of my 2000 Saturn for many (many) years now. While not inexpensive, he's fair and backs up his work. I trust that when he says I need something done, it's really necessary.

Rick's automotive is honest and fair. I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic. As a female, it is hard to feel sure about what a mechanic is telling you and I felt comfortable about Rick's from the first time I took my cars there.

The best customer service, Rick always lets me know when something needs to be addressed right away or if it can wait awhile. Clean, honest and completely thorough!!But something I didn't expect is the kindness of this man and his team of Angels!! My adult son was recently in a near fatal accident (he lives with me now) and I needed some "muscle" work done at my home. One Saturday, Rick & his "Angels" showed up with huge trucks and cleared away some left over debris from our once family business. I am humbled by Rick's generosity and kindness. Thank You just isn't enough for all that they did.So not only is this the best place to have your vehicle serviced, the man behind the counter is true and genuine.
