1st time at this shop and I will definitely return. Electrical problem was diagnosed and repaired. Staff was friendly and professional.
Great service and good work. Had a little hiccup with a particular part (not their fault) but they did everything they could to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. Thanks, WBA!
We got home from an oil change and tire rotation and Willow Bend called to say they forgot to put the sticker from the oil change in the window. They said if we dropped by they would print it for us. I got the future miles and wrote it down. Not many would call you after and let you know. Thanks, Willow Bend Automotive!

This is one of the best auto repair shops I’ve been to! The staff are professional and friendly. I spoke to Larry who was very kind and helpful. He fixed a major issue on my car quickly and didn’t over charge me for any services. I highly recommend coming here
I was referred to Willow Bend Automotive by 3 different people on Facebook when I had to find a new mechanic to work on my '05 PT Cruiser Convertible. My former mechanic worked on it once and said never again. Willow Bend was able to get me in right away and went over the car with a fine toothed comb. What I was told by AAA was a bad starter and possibly an alternator turned out to only be a negative battery cable! WBA could have fleeced me, but they didn't! They are honest and treat you like you're their best friend. I immediately brought my Chevy Blazer in for repairs and my mom brought her beloved Dreamcruiser in the same day. We are happy with the work, the prices and above all, the customer service! GOOD JOB!
I have always had nothing but good experiences with Willow Bend Automotive. They are very professional, prompt to return calls, and they do great work. Any issues are always addressed quickly and they have honest and fair pricing for the work they do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
Great experience at Willow Bend Automotive. I needed new brakes and rotors. The pricing was fair, the service was quick and the shop waiting area was clean and comfortable with water, coffee & wi-fi. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needed car repairs.

This place was so great on the wifes car and mine. VERY honest staff. The wifes car of course would not act up for them and make the bomb sound in the front end. They stayed with it and found the problem. How I don't know but it is fixed. Great staff and very friendly.
Cindy and Bob were excellentI had gone to Honda dealer and they scared us saying our pinion rack and tensioner belt needed immediate replacement , took car here for second opinion and Bob evaluated the car and said no need to run those expensive repairs at the time . I paid around $50 for the car evaluation , best money spent .Bob saved me thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs by Honda dealershipI will start servicing my car here from now on , they seem very honest and friendly
I visited for a fairly comprehensive checkup and repairs on my car. The prices were amazing and they worked with me letting me choose which repairs I wanted to do without trying to pressure me. Very respectable location and I will be returning for my repairs in the future!
great family company! we have been bringing our vehicles to Bob and Cindy for close to 20 years now. They do a great job of estimating in advance, providing options and then sticking to the estimate of work completed. Definitely recommend their work!
This place is like no other! The owners are the most honest people. I have never experienced service this good before from any other automotive shop. I brought my 2015 Honda Odyssey into the Honda dealership for a recall and they told me I needed an alignment (even though I just got new tires on the van 1 week ago), a fuel induction service, and they told me that the coil spring seat on my right rear suspension was broke and needed to be replaced - all services came to an estimate of $503. I brought my van into Willow bend this week for a 2nd opinion and they said nothing is needed - no alignment necessary, transmission is clean, and as far as the coil spring - they even took pictures of the spring to show me that it was cracked, but it is not causing any damage at all and there is no reason to replace it. They didn't even charge me anything for looking at the van! I am completely blown away by this business - finally, a mechanic I can trust!

I have been a customer for a several years and appreciate their simple, honest and straightforward approach to customer service. They are upfront if they cannot accomodate your needs and always keep their word on schedule and budget. Cannot ask for more in this age of spin and upselling.
I called today to see if I could have my tires balanced. I was told that they didn't have any appointments available but if I was able to drop my truck off that it would be worked in by close. That alone was awesome(as well as the price) but Cindy topped it off when she took her time to find my Facebook profile so that she could tell me that my truck was ready after a miss comunication on my phone number. When I came to pick up my vehicle that work had been done and that was it, no attempt to sell anything or scare tactics that other places like to try. Just honest and good people doing good business.
I have relied on Cindy and Bob to help us take care of our cars for years. They spend time to figure out the root cause of any problems, give me a full explanation and an estimate of what is needed before doing the work. In a couple instances they referred me back to the dealer for things covered under warranty where I did not even have realized they were covered under warranty. They are 100% honest and helpful.
My neighbor recommended going to Willow Bend for my auto repair on my Nissan Pathfinder. I am one that is always skeptical of auto mechanics over charging. I met Cindy Douglas at the front counter and explained what problems I was having. She was very professional and understanding and explained the procedure I would go through. After talking with her I felt at ease and knew they would do me right on the cost of the repairs. Bob Douglas and his team found the problem and gave me the solution before working on it. What a jam up job they did it runs better then before and the cost was very reasonable. I was so please in the work and how I was treated I had my Nissan Titan pick up truck brought in for repairs two days later. I highly recommend Willow Bend Automotive.
