they dont fill the r134a by ounces like your supposed to but by psi. cancel appts and remove bad reviews. will report to bbb next as well.update: javier at midnite tuning diagnosed ac system as bad compressor solenoid. after replacing that part ac works great. willow bend missed this in their diagnostics test thus costing me 800.00+ of work from a previous employee of reeves named wilton for the evaporator. in the future please do better diagnostics of ac systems to properly diagnose and fix the problem. javier only charged me for the part and half an hour of labor. you do not scare me btw
Always fair prices and very upfront about everything. I never feel like I am being up-sold a product or something I don't need. It was my go-to car shop when I lived in Lutz and we recently moved to Westchase. I still make the drive up here because they are the best.
THIS IS THE ONE!! I've had my Jeep Cherokee 2001 for 7 years. It's had a very specific problem for that entire time. I've taken it to countless shops & paid many thousands of dollars fixing what THEY thought was the problem(s). I told Cindy to take her time looking over my car to try & find the real problem. $390 later...my Jeep is running like NEVER BEFORE!!! This shop (Bob & Cindy) are a Godsend!! If your looking for one of those mechanics you've heard about...that is truly honest & super-fairly priced...THIS IS THE ONE!!!
Once again Bob and Cindy impress. If you have ever needed a new battery and the old one is not that old you might hope to get a credit of some sort like half off the new one. When Cindy called me to tell me my car was ready she told me the battery was 100% covered and i owe nothing. Thanks Cindy and Bob.
We wouldn't take our cars to anywhere else. Willow Bend is honest and you won't get friendlier service elsewhere. They truly care about their clients and the prices are fair.You won't find a better place than Willow Bend!!!
Locally owned and operated. It is definitely the place to go for good, honest work done on your car. We take our cars for oil changes and tire rotations as well as major repair work. The turn around time is quick and so much more affordable than bigger chains and dealers. Really nice people with their customers best interest in mind.
Do they really need another 5 star rating for the public to know that this shop is top notch and first class? Probably not but they do deserve the recognition for the work they do for all of us that rely on our vehicles daily. Whether I have an appointment or come in with an emergency, I am treated with respect and understanding. I recommend Bob and Cindy to everyone and anyone in need of quality service for their important asset.I have been with Bob and Cindy for year with many cars. Not every time have things been perfect but were always taken care of when not.Bob and Cindy care about their customers.I couldn't be happier with the service received at Willow Bend.

These guys are the best! You can always count on them to provide quality service at affordable prices. They are extremely honest and they will never make you spend money on things that are not neccessary. I drive an older vehicle. They have been servicing it for the past 5 years and it's still running strong at 200k miles. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and knew we had to find a reliable and trustworthy shop to service our aging cars right away. We looked at reviews and decided to give Willow Bend a try. Our first visit surpassed all of our expectations. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the technical side of cars. They did not try to up-sell us on things we didn't need or create a false sense of urgency, as so many automotive places do. They were straightforward and honest. We have now been going regularly now for nearly a year and our 10 year old cars have never been in such great shape! We cannot recommend this place enough; by far the best automotive shop we've ever been to!!!

Willow Bend did the clutch and slave cylinder on my car a few months ago. They did it fast and price was lower than everyone Else's. Have not had 1 problem with my clutch yet. I'm writing this review now, because I just had my fuel pump replaced by a different place and was very angry about the body damage the retards caused. Should of brought it back to Willow bend.
