I have lived in almost every state on the eastern seaboard, and the first thing I look for when settling in is a GOOD & Fair Automotive Mechanic shop. Let me tell you, Bob & Cindy of “Willow Bend Automotive” is the best shop I have ever put ANY of my vehicles in for repair! Bob & Cindy are the most honest people you will ever come across in the auto repair business. They have repaired my Cadillac Escalade ESV, & saved me a couple thousand dollars to a quote I got at my local Cadillac dealer. Most recently, Bob, Cindy & their crew mechanically restored my Alfa Romeo after it sat in storage for more than 6-years. I won’t give the number I planned on spending to get my Alfa running & back on the road again, but I’ll say this…they did it for about 30% of what I was expecting to pay. These guys are the best! They repair it ONCE, & you don’t have to worry about rather it was done correctly, or did they replace parts you never needed. Everyone one else wanted to charge me an arm & leg just because it was an Alfa Romeo or an Escalade! So if you need minor or major repairs done & NO MATTER what the make or model of your car/truck/suv…..I Strongly recommend you stop in and talk to Bob & Cindy of “Willow Bend Automotive TODAY! This place is off the charts honest! I found them by searching for reviews after having multiple bad experiences with "chain" auto shops. The owners Cindy and Bob are absolutely the kind of people you want to deal with when needing anything for you vehicle. Mike, who I found out has been with them for 7 years, also shares their level of class. They do not over charge, in fact; with the military discount I receive from other places, their regular prices still beat it!They are locally owned and operated. I live in Tampa Palms, and I would never think to go any where else. Thank you so very much Willow Bend Automotive:)

I was looking for a trusted place to have an oil leak on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired. I selected Willow Bend Automotive after seeing all of the positive reviews their customers had posted. Cindy provided terrific customer service when I dropped off the van. Bob called me within an hour to let me know what was causing the leak and what needed to be fixed. When I asked how much the charge was going to be Cindy said, "No Charge". I couldn't believe my ears and asked the question again because I thought she didn't hear my question. She said they were able to fix the problem as I had requested and there would be no charge. Talk about Positively Outrageous Customer Service!! They have made a customer for life and I will enthusiastically recommend Willow Bend to all my friends and family. Bob and Cindy are amazing business owners!

OK I am not a person who ever writes reviews but I couldnt resist. Folks at Willow bend are out of this world and I say that in a good way. I had to write this review to make sure others see value in what good local businesses can offer vs name brand chain stores. Every other auto shop I went too always gave me a suggestion list of things I should get done on my car. Their suggested prices was always atleast 300$s. I have an old Hyundai Tiburon and was feeling some vibrations in the car. After being tired of local shops, i discovered Willow Bend. They were very honest, topped my really low engine oil, charged me in single digits and told me there was nothing majorly wrong with the car. Plain Simple Honest shop - just awsome folks. They are my auto shop as long as I am in Tampa.
