My heat shield started coming off while I was on the highway and was dragging on the ground I got off the high way I was over an hour away from home after asking 2 other places to please help and I was turned away I found them I was in and out in less than 30 min and everyone was so nice . Well what can I say about the people at Willlow bend auto all I can say is Larry is the man he communicate to very very well about every little thing he has to do n need to do I haven’t ran into any problem with them they been very very gd to me n all three of my vehicle He the only mechanic I trust to fix any problem I have he always very honest with me about everything he need and have to do to get it back on the road safe willow bend auto have my services for life as long is Larry is there because he the man I will follow him were ever he goes just like my barber 😁

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had a check engine light and I scheduled an appt online. The receptionist in the front Linda asked how she could help me. I told her I had an appt and she said okay. She checked and said she could not find me. I explained to her I made the appt through their site and she made a face. She continued to say did you speak to someone here, I told her no I made the appt online. She asked for my car information and I proceeded to her the information, then she said sorry I cant understand you, I have mask deficiency. I was stunned to hear that because I wear a mask because I'm pregnant. I didn't know what to say and left. I then got a call from Larry who checked my car, he explained my car needed a purge valve and it would be 376. I asked if I could look for the part myself to save money and he agreed. After researching I could not find the part due to it being discontinued. I called the store and Linda picked up and I asked her if she tell Larry that I will pick up my car instead. Linda then told me she was sorry for the way she acted, she was not having a good morning. I told her I appreciate her apology. While I appreciate the apology, it does not give her the right to treat customers bad because she is not having a good day.

Linda is such a sweet heart. I work at the Pizza Hut next door as a delivery driver and my tire was bubbling and she was so kind helping me out! I’m 18 and cars can be very confusing, and a lot of car places overcharge since I am so young and don’t know any better. They were honest and very quick to help me!

Love this place. I dropped my car off and a short while later I got a call detailing the repairs my car needed, including the exact amount of padding left on my brakes. The price was very fair and the service was excellent.

This place is great, the staff is very friendly and professional. I have been taking my kid's cars here over the years. This week they patched 2 tires on my truck. They had me out of there in about 45 minutes. I am going to continue to visit this place for maintenance and repairs.
