Willow Bend Automotive does not “recommend” repairs that are not needed. Also, they fit you in on short notice, when your car breaks down. This place is great. Take all your service work there - I do.

Willow Bend has always treated me well. It's incredibly difficult to find an auto mechanic these days who will communicate with you honestly and set realistic expectations regarding time and cost, but Larry and Linda make a great team there and I plan on returning for any future needs.

My check engine light is intermittent. When tested the light was not on but Donnie the owner told me if it comes on call and bring it in immediately so they can test it again for free. My tires needed rotating and it was half the price of my dealer.

They were seriously wonderful! My uncle recommended them as I had driven down from Pennsylvania and on the day I had to go back my car started making all sorts of noises and they fit me in right away and even checked in on me afterwards. I made it the 1k miles home and very thankful for all their hard work and customer service!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

This was my first time at Willow Bend. My daughter has used them and told me how professional and honest they were so I thought I would try them. First thing is that an oil change for synthetic blend is way less expensive then any other business in the Tampa Bay Area. They checked my suspension completely and found nothing wrong and charged nothing. This is the only place I will take my Ford Explorer for work to be done.

I have an older pickup truck with high miles that I’ve never really driven a long distance. I drove 1800 miles in a two day stretch and noticed the next day the oil was leaking. I took it into the shop to have it looked at and got a fair and honest evaluation of what was causing the problem. Great service, highly recommend them to anyone who is in town or anyone out of town.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating they did a fabulous job quick and efficient and at a reasonable cost without over charging and lying about unnecessary problems with my car. This company is amazing! Called around to get my daughter's car in and it completely stopped running. They got the car in fast kept me up to date on what was going on and always answered all my questions I had. They even knew my name just by the number calling in. Very friendly and very reasonable in pricing! I have not had to have a mechanic since moving here and you never know if some place will up charge you or add extra things in that you don't need and that can be scary. But this company is nothing like that!! If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle look no further!! They are wonderful!

Took my son's car to diagnose a problem that no one else could figure out. Most shops would just randomly suggest a repair but Larry was honest and told me nothing was wrong with the car. He took the time to check the car multiple times to make sure it was in good working condition. Hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Linda that runs the office was so friendly and professional. Our experience with this auto repair shop was amazing! Will recommend to everyone!

I love this place, I never feel like I’m paying too much for a service. I’ve called around and they are very well priced. Beyond that, they’ve always been kind, professional and reasonably non-judgemental when I forget to get my service done on time. I’ve used them for 4 years since I moved into the area and will continue to use them for all my car maintenance needs as long as I live here. If I have questions they answer them, they are quick and efficient and everything I could want in a mechanic. I’m always confident my car is in good hands with them.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Willow Bend Automotive. Personally, I need to feel confident about the honesty and quality of work from an auto care shop. Willow Bend provided that to me. From the receptionist, to the technician, and to the owner, they all provide an honest and professional service. I feel like I can trust them - and that’s important to me.

We've brought our work truck in several times for repairs. The first time, it was determined there was an oil leak, so they did an oil change and replaced the plug. I brought it in again because it wouldn't start and also asked them to take a look at the truck as a whole because we would be selling it and I wanted to fix anything that was wrong with it. I was told by Jason that they had no problems starting it up and they couldn't find anything wrong, so I picked it back up. Less than a week later, we tried to start it up again and it wouldn't start, so I had it towed to them again for a diagnosis. Once again, they "were able to start it right up" but said it was having difficulty shifting and cited "transmission issues" after two weeks of having the truck in their lot. I informed them that I wouldn't be paying for a diagnosis if I wasn't going to receive a diagnosis and repair estimate, so I then waited a few more days for them to call me back and tell me the entire transmission needed to be rebuilt? Oh, and I'm going to pay another diagnostic fee. Fast forward to today... THE TRUCK WON'T START AGAIN. Tell me what I've paid multiple diagnostic fees and towing charges for again? Not to mention I received a nasty little "please come get your truck, it's been here for three weeks" text message from Linda at the front desk, who seemed to completely forget that it took them 2.5 weeks to give me that ridiculous diagnosis.If your vehicle requires any amount of thinking that the computer can't do, find somewhere else to go. I'd honestly hoped after our first experience that we'd found a reliable, honest mechanic but these people don't want to be bothered to do their job and then want to make you feel like you're the idiot.

Willow Bend has been great to us. When we take my daughters car in for service, they lets us know exactly what needs to be done and charges the best prices around. Will happily recommend them to anyone. Donny and his staff are great people.

Worked with Donnie to rebuild my 1975 MGB over a couple month period. He was great, kept me informed on what was going on and his crew did a great literall rebuild the suspension, brakes, steering, and engine. I now have my dream car that is dependable. Quite a deal from this company to accomplish this.

I have been taking my car and my wife’s car to willow bend for all my auto repairs for the past year now. The price is reasonable, service is excellent, and the waiting area is always super clean and nice. My rear window wiper blade was bad and needed replacing. I went to Willow Bend Automotive to see if they could do it. Linda was once again so helpful and wonderful. She was able to work me in and get all my wiper blades replaced at my request! This is definitely my go to place for any and all automotive issues I may have from now on. Never any pressure of trying to do add on sales with your visit. Honest and fair!!! Highly recommend them!!!
