Great service and good work. Had a little hiccup with a particular part (not their fault) but they did everything they could to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. Thanks, WBA!
Checked out my engine and exhaust system because I was concerned about it needing service. Gave me a detailed report of all the checks that were made and assurance that everything was in working order.
Rude unhelpful and acted as if my questions were a nuisance. So I went elsewhere. Sooo ty for that I found a good place. And as far as the apology, you have confused me with someone else, the person who spoke with me was sitting at the desk doing nothing else, there was no one and he rudely reminded me that is was 3:45 and he would NOT get to me at ALL that day. He did not care if I needed help or not, but thank you for your response.
Well what can I say about the people at Willlow bend auto all I can say is Larry is the man he communicate to very very well about every little thing he has to do n need to do I haven’t ran into any problem with them they been very very gd to me n all three of my vehicle He the only mechanic I trust to fix any problem I have he always very honest with me about everything he need and have to do to get it back on the road safe willow bend auto have my services for life as long is Larry is there because he the man I will follow him were ever he goes just like my barber 😁
We got home from an oil change and tire rotation and Willow Bend called to say they forgot to put the sticker from the oil change in the window. They said if we dropped by they would print it for us. I got the future miles and wrote it down. Not many would call you after and let you know. Thanks, Willow Bend Automotive!

Top Notch Service, One thing is for sure, you will get the truth. You may not like the truth, but you will get it. Their prices are under competitions. I have been using them for a few years now and have never seen better mechanics. You know that old saying; When you find a Great Mechanic, Stay with him!
Linda is such a sweet heart. I work at the Pizza Hut next door as a delivery driver and my tire was bubbling and she was so kind helping me out! I’m 18 and cars can be very confusing, and a lot of car places overcharge since I am so young and don’t know any better. They were honest and very quick to help me!

I was referred to Willow Bend Automotive by 3 different people on Facebook when I had to find a new mechanic to work on my '05 PT Cruiser Convertible. My former mechanic worked on it once and said never again. Willow Bend was able to get me in right away and went over the car with a fine toothed comb. What I was told by AAA was a bad starter and possibly an alternator turned out to only be a negative battery cable! WBA could have fleeced me, but they didn't! They are honest and treat you like you're their best friend. I immediately brought my Chevy Blazer in for repairs and my mom brought her beloved Dreamcruiser in the same day. We are happy with the work, the prices and above all, the customer service! GOOD JOB!
Willow Bend has always treated me well. It's incredibly difficult to find an auto mechanic these days who will communicate with you honestly and set realistic expectations regarding time and cost, but Larry and Linda make a great team there and I plan on returning for any future needs.
Great experience at Willow Bend Automotive. I needed new brakes and rotors. The pricing was fair, the service was quick and the shop waiting area was clean and comfortable with water, coffee & wi-fi. It was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who needed car repairs.
I have always had nothing but good experiences with Willow Bend Automotive. They are very professional, prompt to return calls, and they do great work. Any issues are always addressed quickly and they have honest and fair pricing for the work they do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
This was my first time at Willow Bend. My daughter has used them and told me how professional and honest they were so I thought I would try them. First thing is that an oil change for synthetic blend is way less expensive then any other business in the Tampa Bay Area. They checked my suspension completely and found nothing wrong and charged nothing. This is the only place I will take my Ford Explorer for work to be done.
