BOB AND CINDY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF OUR 2 OLDER CARS, 1994 AND 1998 FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS. THEY ARE HONEST, DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE AND DON'T '"MANUFACTURE" PROBLEMS. YOU ARE GIVEN AN ESTIMATE AS TO THE COSTS BEFORE WORK IS DONE AND THE JOB IS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
I have been a customer for a several years and appreciate their simple, honest and straightforward approach to customer service. They are upfront if they cannot accomodate your needs and always keep their word on schedule and budget. Cannot ask for more in this age of spin and upselling.
We've been going here for five years now. They are the kind of mechanic where you can trust they will send you home if nothing is actually wrong. They also give you a heads up - you'll need to replace this in 6-12 months, so start putting some cash aside. We recommend them to family and friends all the time!
We got double charged for a part. It was a difference of hundreds of dollars. After calling our mechanic back home, he advised us to call them out on it and said any honest mechanic would make it rightWell, they didn’t. We’ve never been so rudely treated. Please be advised and avoid this shop. Also check Yelp for legitimate reviews as you’ll see others saying the same thing.
I called today to see if I could have my tires balanced. I was told that they didn't have any appointments available but if I was able to drop my truck off that it would be worked in by close. That alone was awesome(as well as the price) but Cindy topped it off when she took her time to find my Facebook profile so that she could tell me that my truck was ready after a miss comunication on my phone number. When I came to pick up my vehicle that work had been done and that was it, no attempt to sell anything or scare tactics that other places like to try. Just honest and good people doing good business.
I contacted Willow Bend Automotive to perform a detailed pre-purchase inspection of a car I was considering buying. Being from out of town, I wanted to be sure the car was “as advertised”. I gave Willow Bend an extensive list of items I wanted checked out knowing it would be fairly expensive but I wanted an in depth assessment of the vehicle.Upon receiving the vehicle, Bob at Willow Bend dove in and quickly began finding issues of concern. Instead of conducting the full review, they documented the deficiencies with numerous photos and contacted me to be sure I wanted to go through with the full assessment. I did not.Willow Bend Automotive saved me a couple hundred dollars in assessment fees, and more importantly, they saved me from buying a misrepresented car. I wish I was local to them. I would give them all my business.
Cindy and Bob have taken care of two of my kids cars for the past few years. Its a great feeling to know i can call them and get an honest estimate and great service on these cars. I highly recommend using them for your cars.
This repair shop is top-notch! Repairs are always done very well and most importantly, I trust what they tell me. Have had all sorts of work done here over the past several years. Bob and Cindy are a fantastic team. I love that they have pictures from their daughter's wedding in the customer area.
I have relied on Cindy and Bob to help us take care of our cars for years. They spend time to figure out the root cause of any problems, give me a full explanation and an estimate of what is needed before doing the work. In a couple instances they referred me back to the dealer for things covered under warranty where I did not even have realized they were covered under warranty. They are 100% honest and helpful.
My neighbor recommended going to Willow Bend for my auto repair on my Nissan Pathfinder. I am one that is always skeptical of auto mechanics over charging. I met Cindy Douglas at the front counter and explained what problems I was having. She was very professional and understanding and explained the procedure I would go through. After talking with her I felt at ease and knew they would do me right on the cost of the repairs. Bob Douglas and his team found the problem and gave me the solution before working on it. What a jam up job they did it runs better then before and the cost was very reasonable. I was so please in the work and how I was treated I had my Nissan Titan pick up truck brought in for repairs two days later. I highly recommend Willow Bend Automotive.
This place is like no other! The owners are the most honest people. I have never experienced service this good before from any other automotive shop. I brought my 2015 Honda Odyssey into the Honda dealership for a recall and they told me I needed an alignment (even though I just got new tires on the van 1 week ago), a fuel induction service, and they told me that the coil spring seat on my right rear suspension was broke and needed to be replaced - all services came to an estimate of $503. I brought my van into Willow bend this week for a 2nd opinion and they said nothing is needed - no alignment necessary, transmission is clean, and as far as the coil spring - they even took pictures of the spring to show me that it was cracked, but it is not causing any damage at all and there is no reason to replace it. They didn't even charge me anything for looking at the van! I am completely blown away by this business - finally, a mechanic I can trust!

I have an older car and I always come here when I need to have it serviced. They are very honest and reasonable. They also let you know what to save up for that may need fixing in the next few months. Definitely recommend!
