What can I say that I haven't already said...FABULOUS.....EXCELLENT A CLASS ACT...and oh yeah they do fantastic auto repairs.

I just feel confidant that my car is getting taken care of well in the care of Willow Bend Auto. I think the number of five stars speak for themselves.

they dont fill the r134a by ounces like your supposed to but by psi. cancel appts and remove bad reviews. will report to bbb next as well.update: javier at midnite tuning diagnosed ac system as bad compressor solenoid. after replacing that part ac works great. willow bend missed this in their diagnostics test thus costing me 800.00+ of work from a previous employee of reeves named wilton for the evaporator. in the future please do better diagnostics of ac systems to properly diagnose and fix the problem. javier only charged me for the part and half an hour of labor. you do not scare me btw

Always fair prices and very upfront about everything. I never feel like I am being up-sold a product or something I don't need. It was my go-to car shop when I lived in Lutz and we recently moved to Westchase. I still make the drive up here because they are the best.

Once again Bob and Cindy impress. If you have ever needed a new battery and the old one is not that old you might hope to get a credit of some sort like half off the new one. When Cindy called me to tell me my car was ready she told me the battery was 100% covered and i owe nothing. Thanks Cindy and Bob.

Locally owned and operated. It is definitely the place to go for good, honest work done on your car. We take our cars for oil changes and tire rotations as well as major repair work. The turn around time is quick and so much more affordable than bigger chains and dealers. Really nice people with their customers best interest in mind.

We put a LOT of miles on our vehicles and therefore require quite a bit of routine maintenance as well as any needed repairs. So, I was glad when a friend referred me to Willow Bend. Bob, Cindy and the excellent technicians are knowledgeable, consistent, reliable and affordable! They are so competitive in price that Cindy will even encourage you to call around to see for yourself! Everyone is very friendly, and the storefront is always very clean and well kept (with free WiFi!!) As the owner and lead mechanic, Bob takes pride in his work AND his business. I will NEVER take ANY of our vehicles any where else.

Today I had the pleasure to meet the owner of the shop Bob. I had called last week and made an appointment to have my rear brakes replaced and the rotors turned if possible. He asked what the issue was and I stated that I have an intermittent squealing noise. He stated we will check the front and rear brakes. I thought: "here we go". He later returned and gave me the news: "you have plenty of brakes left". What??? An honest shop? I was told by a Chevy dealership I needed brakes and rotors. Especially, he could have filled his pocket as the owner! But I found an honest shop that obviously has a high level of integrity. Being relatively new to the area and after being taken advantage of .... truly a great shop that possesses professionalism. And did I say honesty? Thank you sir!!!! Highly recommend this shop!!😁

Do they really need another 5 star rating for the public to know that this shop is top notch and first class? Probably not but they do deserve the recognition for the work they do for all of us that rely on our vehicles daily. Whether I have an appointment or come in with an emergency, I am treated with respect and understanding. I recommend Bob and Cindy to everyone and anyone in need of quality service for their important asset.I have been with Bob and Cindy for year with many cars. Not every time have things been perfect but were always taken care of when not.Bob and Cindy care about their customers.I couldn't be happier with the service received at Willow Bend.

Myself and my entire family have been using Bob and Cindy's automotive services for about 20 years. I have followed Bob thru 3 locations to keep their services and excellent advice and charging a fair price on our automotive needs. He will only do what you need or what you have asked for. Many of my extended family and friends also use Willow Bend Automotive. None of us have had any problems or complaints with their automotive skills and knowledge. I have have also informed strangers to the area to find them if they need help. I strongly suggest that you use their services.

I have been taking my trucks to Bob and Cindy, at Willow Bend Auto, for years. They are the only shop I would refer my family and friends to.

Even though it's a long way to drive for service I do it because I fully trust their service and advice. They have kept me going in my 2003 Sable and I appreciate it.

I told Cindy to take her time looking over my car to try & find the real problem. $390 later...my Jeep is running like NEVER BEFORE!!! This shop (Bob & Cindy) are a Godsend!! If your looking for one of those mechanics you've heard about...that is truly honest & super-fairly priced...THIS IS THE ONE!!!

I took my car here twice. Twice only because they did not do the oil change correctly and my car leaked oil to the point where my car broke down.I had noticed a little bit of oil in the parking lot on the day of my oil change, but I live in an apartment complex so I didn't think it was my car. 16 days after they did an oil change, my car was broken down on the side of the road. My car had continued to leak and it went unnoticed by me... how does an auto shop with 4.9 star ratings mess up an oil change??What's even worse than them messing up an oil change is that they argued with me about it being their fault and were reluctant to even act like they did anything wrong. The owner (woman) argued with me and portrayed the worst possible customer service I could have ever imagined. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't the most pleasant person ever, but only after they kept saying "there could be a tons of other things wrong with it!" and trying to dodge accepting responsibility.In the end, they admitted fault, said the oil filter wasn't placed properly and offered me a free oil change if I choose to ever come back. I had considered it. However, my car has continued to leak oil and finally my brother and father are taking it to someone else who can AT LEAST do an oil change correctly. Do not trust these ratings people... they must all be friends and family.
