I heard a very loud and concerning flapping noise from my car while passing through town on the freeway, so I immediately exited and went to Willow Bend Automotive. They took a look as soon as they could get me in, and quickly figured out the problem. They quickly resolved the issue and sent me on my way - at no charge!!! I am so grateful for their kindness!!
I never write reviews but I came across Willow Bend Automotive through a Google search, so I feel the need to leave a review. Willow Bend answered every question and fixed my car the same day at a very good rate. I am so glad to have found a family-owned shop that I trust. Definitely worth the drive!
My family and I have been faithful customers of Bob and Cindy for years. I have never known an automotive repair company that exhibited such consistent excellence of service with absolute character, honesty, and integrity in their relationship with their customers. They take great effort to do the job right and refuse the temptation to overcharge and rip people off by doing unnecessary work. Outstanding people and company!! Highest recommendation possible.

Your automotive troubles will be over and you'll be back on the road in no time. These are professionals and the technicians are phenomenal at fixing everything auto-related. Electrical, Mechanical, Internal Motor issues, A/C work, Brakes/Rotors, Cooling System,Tune-ups, Oil Changes, whatever---it does not matter, these folks can make it right the first time. I have had multiple repairs performed on both of my family vehicles. Always top-notch, always on-time, always a fair price. If you want to save yourself some lost time, driving all over town looking for an honest repair shop---just pull into Willow Bend Automotive and make an appointment. Willow Bend Automotive is an absolutely amazing auto repair shop! They conduct their business with 100% integrity and fairness, and equally important, they provide top notch service.Prior to discovering Willow Bend, our family tried all of the other "major players" in our area and never quite felt satisfied with the level of care our cars received, nor with the prices we were charged. All of that changed when we decided to bring our car to Willow Bend. Not only are they excellent mechanics who offer superior care at more than affordable prices, they are truly good people! You can have complete confidence knowing that they will accurately and honestly diagnose the issue, and more importantly, take care of it to your satisfaction! Our first visit surpassed all of our expectations. The owners were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the technical side of cars. They did not try to up-sell us on things we didn't need or create a false sense of urgency, as so many automotive places do. They were straightforward and honest. We have now been going regularly now for nearly a year and our 10 year old cars have never been in such great shape! We cannot recommend this place enough; by far the best automotive shop we've ever been to!!!

Willow Bend did the clutch and slave cylinder on my car a few months ago. They did it fast and price was lower than everyone Else's. Have not had 1 problem with my clutch yet. I'm writing this review now, because I just had my fuel pump replaced by a different place and was very angry about the body damage the retards caused. Should of brought it back to Willow bend.

Was going to willow bend for car care, but after an apparent miscommunication about a service issue, my fiance and I were informed we needed to be more clear. Car care was consistently good, but customer service needs improvement.

We decided to give this place a try after getting an estimate from the dealer for $1100 worth of work. At Willow Bend Automotive, the same work was almost half price, and they guarantee parts and labor for 12 months. We were really impressed with the whole experience and are so happy to have found a fair, trustworthy mechanic nearby.

It's hard for me to put into a few words how awesome Willow Bend Automotive is.I have been taking my cars to Bob and Cindy since moving to Lutz in 1999.You will not find a more honest shop anywhere.They will never upsell you. They will repair ONLY what needs to be repaired.I've recommended them to friends, family, co-workers.There is no better value for auto repair in the Lutz area.
