Bob and Cindy do a superb job with your car or truck and have your best interest in mind. Prices are good and service is friendly what more could you ask for. I was looking for a trusted place to have an oil leak on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired. I selected Willow Bend Automotive after seeing all of the positive reviews their customers had posted. Cindy provided terrific customer service when I dropped off the van. Bob called me within an hour to let me know what was causing the leak and what needed to be fixed. When I asked how much the charge was going to be Cindy said, "No Charge". I couldn't believe my ears and asked the question again because I thought she didn't hear my question. She said they were able to fix the problem as I had requested and there would be no charge. Talk about Positively Outrageous Customer Service!! They have made a customer for life and I will enthusiastically recommend Willow Bend to all my friends and family. Bob and Cindy are amazing business owners!

OK I am not a person who ever writes reviews but I couldnt resist. Folks at Willow bend are out of this world and I say that in a good way. I had to write this review to make sure others see value in what good local businesses can offer vs name brand chain stores. Every other auto shop I went too always gave me a suggestion list of things I should get done on my car. Their suggested prices was always atleast 300$s. I have an old Hyundai Tiburon and was feeling some vibrations in the car. After being tired of local shops, i discovered Willow Bend. They were very honest, topped my really low engine oil, charged me in single digits and told me there was nothing majorly wrong with the car. Plain Simple Honest shop - just awsome folks. They are my auto shop as long as I am in Tampa.
