Needed the A/C recharged in my 1999 Ford Explorer. They did a awesome job, and the A/C is nice and cold again.

Larry was great. I had a laundry list of items that needed attention on my older (1985) vehicle. He worked through them and kept me in touch step by step. In the end, he was able to address all but one item. Very helpful and I would recommend Willow Bend Automotive to anyone. Thank you!
I picked this shop based on reviews after a closer chain shop let me down, didn’t fix the issue and tried to get me to do a brake job instead…. These guys are the real deal, real car guys who know what they are doing.And I took a chance used the after hours drop and pickup before a trip, and they got it done for a great price. They wIll be my new go to for sure!
This company is amazing! Called around to get my daughter's car in and it completely stopped running. They got the car in fast kept me up to date on what was going on and always answered all my questions I had. They even knew my name just by the number calling in. Very friendly and very reasonable in pricing! I have not had to have a mechanic since moving here and you never know if some place will up charge you or add extra things in that you don't need and that can be scary. But this company is nothing like that!! If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle look no further!! They are wonderful!
Critical: ValueWent there for the first time because of all the great reviews. I felt like I could trust them and would be treated fairly. But that’s now how I felt after leaving. I was charged $135 for them to diagnose the problem, but it would take 6 months to get the part. They suggested I take the car to the dealership, they might be able to pull the part off one of the cars on their lot. I called the dealership and found out they had the part in stock, they quoted me a price to replace it, and schedule me an appointment for 2 days later. I figured since I had already spent $135 at Willow Bend, I could buy the part, take it to them to install, and save some money. The price Willow Bend quoted me was $250 more then what the dealership quoted me. Lesson learned, next time just take it to the dealership.
My husband had a great experience with Willow Bend. He had them replace the starter but the problem ended up being with spillage from battery acid. They figured out the problem and fixed it free of charge. We were happy to find an honest mechanic since at the time we had just moved from NY. Recently when my brakes gave out on my Jeep Patriot, I knew the smartest thing I could do was take it to Willow Bend. They figured out the problem and fixed it for a very fair price that same day! Larry was great and I am relieved to have found an honest and skilled mechanic. I highly recommend.
Our vehicle's rear tire needed a patch quickly and I was able to be scheduled and seen promptly. The price was excellent and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I waited onsite as I had no other option. Linda was super friendly and the lobby was clean and comfortable. They even have rolling tables for folks like me that come with laptops to work while waiting. I will look forward to scheduling future services here.

Willow Bend Automotive was recommended to me by my neighbor. I used to bring my vehicles to another local repair shop and I felt I was being overcharged. The crew at Willow Bend Automotive are polite, knowledgeable and moderately priced. They fixed my car which needed one part, gave me an estimate up front before they did the repair! Our whole family goes here! Friendly, straight forward service. No “beating around the bush” or “getting played.” I also really like how they make getting service easy - you can sit and wait or drop off, I feel more secure dropping off my car here than other places.
