Linda, the receptionist is so personable! She answers all of your questions to the best of her ability and is very knowledgeable. Larry, the lead mechanic will be straightforward but not be rude about it or badger you like other places do. They are very professional and fast with everything they do! This place is phenomenal! I highly recommend. I brought my Jeep TJ with several issues... Linda at the front office was nice, kept it real, and was to the point. Larry, who handled my mechanical work made it easy for me to understand. He provided honest work reasonably priced and set clear expectations. Even with me throwing in a few curve balls at the last minute. I will definitely be back for some other work I would like done. Willow Bend Automotive has been our go-to auto shop for about a year now. My car had the check engine light and issues at the pump, so I knew I’d have to do the evap/smoke test which most places were charging over $100 for. They ran the diagnostic for about half those “other guys” and determined it was the filler neck. Ordered parts and replaced it for a fair price. No more light or issues at the pump. We also get our oil changed there now. Best service for the best price- these guys aren’t going to try selling you something you don’t need! They’re honest, friendly, and do quality work, plus if you have to wait there’s coffee and usually a Bond flick on the tube!Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
