The staff always take care of car and customer. Car service is correct. A loner car always available. Choosing to wait is no problem- comfortable seating, coffee and tea available as well as current mags.
Staff are very helpful and provide timely service.

Great experience at Foreign Traffic.Very accomodating service experience. Oil changed while I waited with a free car wash to boot. Option for a free loaner vehicle while car is being service will keep me coming back!
I first learned of Foreign Traffic from a letter they sent me. I'm glad they did. I have become increasingly unhappy with the dealership's handling of my vehicles. They are no longer concerned with experience and knowledge with their staffing, especially the service writers. I've had to educate the people behind the counter up in Wexford more than once. It wasn't like that when it was owned by Bilco.
So -- Foreign Traffic to the rescue.
The guys at Foreign Traffic are attentive, they understand the needs of the vehicle, and if there is any gray area, they investigate right away. They make sure to be on the same page as you are, and if anything goes slightly amiss, they will do their best to reach that point where you are leaving the place satisfied.

Let me know what was needed and cost. Day when car would be completed. Also as i left was was assisted in shining up the car!! Looks great and drives great!! Used monthly coupon!!! Any little bit helps.

Staff are friendly but keep telling us they find more wrong with our vehicle. After spending $1500 for inspection issues, we find out almost $900 more is needed for something else, and then they call and say $600 more for another issue! I don't know when it will end....

I am extremely disappointed in my most recent experience. At my inspection appointment it was indicates that brakes were needed. Prior to this appointment the brakes were not making any noise. Following inspection the brakes are making a terrible squeal. I took to have checked and the squeal did not occur when checked. On my drive home the squealing again occurred and continues. I have not had the opportunity to return to the garage die to busy schedule.

I found the service department to be very professional and courteous. They provide regular updates on their service progress and completed the work on time and as estimated. I would feel very comfortable having them service my vehicle in the future.

I always have a positive experience with Foreign Traffic. My most recent visit was no exception. They went out of their way by having a tech go to where my dead car was in storage, replaced the battery there and took me back to my other vehicle. Service like that gets my loyalty and business.

Another awesome experience! FT does it again. They fixed my convertible top perfectly for far less than any of the other quotes I had gotten. FT is a unique blend of professionalism, quality, and value. Thanks.
They treated my 2003 minivan just as well as a Maserati! They may be a little pricier, but worth it. I trust them to go over my vehicle thoroughly.
Needed a new battery (and power system reprogram) on my e90 335i. I had a great experience with these guys. Very professional, reasonably priced, and the battery i needed was in inventory. Now that I live in Allison Park, I plan on coming here for all of my car car needs until my next car purchase (which will most likely will be with these guys, y'all really gotta see their inventory!).

I contacted Foreign Traffic at the recommendation of a good friend who collects cars and motorcycles. He assured me that Foreign Traffic would take excellent care of my original 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560 SEL, and he was right. Sonny is a first-rate service manager. He provided me with detailed parts and labor estimates of each service item before any work commenced, and he kept me informed regularly of progress, needed adjustments to the work order, and options that could save time and money without compromising integrity of the repair. The work performed was excellent. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Foreign Traffic from now on.
