Always takes the time to take your full account of whatever issue your car is exhibiting, and never makes you feel silly for sharing your layman's educated guess. I've never felt pressured to take on work that wasn't truly needed. And the loaner program makes the process so much simpler than places where you must arrange for a a ride from a family member or a friend, or pay for a rideshare or cab.

First time experience with their service department and they went above and beyond on an oil change from a coupon I received. I've met Rob and their sales staff before and I hope to buy a car from them in the future. Either way I'll be using their garage for service on our cars as needed. Thanks!

Great service - I never felt like they were trying to "get one over on me" because I'm a girl. As a girl, going to body shops for service can be intimidating but I felt very comfortable working with Nick. I'd recommend to friends. Thanks!

I was here to purchase my very first car about 4 years ago. There was a pretty good selection of affordable cars at the time but I was turned away by the one salesman. I can't recall his name but he wasn't interested at all in selling me a car. I understand I was very young but that is no reason to turn away a customer. I ended up going elsewhere to buy a brand new car.

Called for an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted $800 on the phone. Brought the car in. Lo and behold, was charged $1100. Okay--fine. I will deal with the upcharge though not happy about it.Then drove away and the tires were all out of balance, car shaking when I went fast.So brought it back and they said: "yup; all tires out of balance." They re-balanced but then charged me for it!! It was only $65 but, come on! They obviously didn't put the tires back on the right way when they did the brake job; would have expected them to just comp me and apologize. Now, over $65, I'll never come back.Oh, and the loaner Cars they let you borrow (ironically) have barely functioning brakes. Very dangerous!

Brought my car in for inspection and brake fluid change. Prices were comparable to a major national chain but I felt better knowing their service department specialized in European cars. Friendly and fast service. I am scheduling appointments for my other cars.

I could not say enough good things about my multiple experiences dealing with Foreign Traffic over the last two years since moving to the area. Sonny and Nick are awesome; knowledgeable, professional, & offer great customer service. I've had my buggy (2006 Audi A4) in to be worked on many times. I'm a single parent and the only way I can even consider car repairs is if I can get a loaner vehicle. Sonny has always made sure I had a car to drive while mine was getting fixed. Sonny and Nick have stayed late in order for me to get my car towed to them and get me a loaner on a Friday night, even knowing no one would work on it until Monday at the earliest. They have even brought me gas when my car ran out of fuel! (Gas gauge is broken and too expensive for me to repair.) Furthermore, (and this may make you think I'm a total nitwit car owner) when my car needed to be inspected this year, I shared that I'd forgotten to register my car and that the longer I went without addressing it, the more I 'froze' on what to do - and without even batting an eye or making me feel like an idiot - Sonny graciously helped me to take care of it right there and then. Furthermore - they do great mechanical work. I had a coolant leak that was difficult to track down - but they found it. I had a really odd brake problem - and again - they figured it out and fixed it. Both Sonny and Nick take their time to explain to me in a way that I can understand what is wrong with my car - and while I may not be able to repeat what they explain verbatim, I always get the gist of it. My car has been a total PITA for me - as I purchased it used from Choice Auto in Monroeville - HORRIBLE BIZ - and the engine blew up two months after buying. Foreign Traffic, Sonny, Nick, and their talented staff have turned a bad situation into something positive - and I'm thankful to have found a quality shop to keep me and my wheels moving forward. Thanks!

Sonny and Nick always take great care to make sure my Mercedes is kept in top running order. I usually have to wait on any maintenance repairs to be done, and they always make sure that I come in at a time when I have to wait the least. They are very knowledgeable and professional and I trust them ....can't say that about most dealerships.Thank you, Sonny and Nick

For over 15 years, I have regularly been taking our vehicles (8 different family vehicles over the yrs) to Foreign Traffic Import Sales and Service for inspections, periodic servicing requirements, minor to major engine and drive line fixes and more. Each and every time , my wife, family and I are treated very well. We are always kept informed and the service is consistently both professional and very $$ reasonable. Once even, with a transmission issue on our Audi TT, I thought the vehicle was going to have to be put out to pasture, but the service department went out of their way, finding a way to reasonably repair it, and we were back on the road again!

I love visiting Foreigner Traffic. They always take great care of my vehicle and are incredibly honest and trust worthy. I make the trek to their shop when I need something done and the far drive is well worth it. Also, meeting Penny (the dog) was an especially sweet treat while I waited for my repairs to be complete. Keep up the great work and thank you for all you do to keep me safe and my car up-to-date.

Let me start off by saying that no one likes to take their car in for service or repair. After saying that I'm happy to say the the people at foreign traffic make this necessity more bearable. Nick and Sonny are so nice and refer to me by name when I come in which is so nice even though it's a small gesture. The waiting area is nice and comfortable and they always have fresh coffee! Since I usually wait, they try to get me going as fast as possible and always return a nice clean car! I trust the mechanics there and never think they are preforming unnecessary services to boost the price. All in all I give the people at foreign traffic service dept. 5 stars!
