I had my Honda van in to for a problem with the automatic van doors not opening and closing consistently. I dropped the car off after hours on Tuesday. Early the next morning, I received a call that they had the van in the shop and had determined the issue. After explaining how it needed to be fixed, I was promised it would be ready by the COB on Friday. Mid-afternoon Friday, I received a call that the van was ready and, since I could not get there before they closed, was able to pay over the phone. The keys were left with the sales department, and I picked up the van Saturday. The work seems to have been done correctly. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely use Foreign Traffic again!

We always feel comfortable with the work done by FT employees, They are our go to place when a repair or maintenance needs done on our vehicles.

- For over 15 years, I have regularly been taking our vehicles (8 different family vehicles over the yrs) to Foreign Traffic Import Sales and Service for inspections, periodic servicing requirements, minor to major engine and drive line fixes and more. Each and every time , my wife, family and I are treated very well. We are always kept informed and the service is consistently both professional and very $$ reasonable. Once even, with a transmission issue on our Audi TT, I thought the vehicle was going to have to be put out to pasture, but the service department went out of their way, finding a way to reasonably repair it, and we were back on the road again!

I have three classic cars. Foreign traffic is the only place in the Pittsburgh area that I will take them for mechanical work. I have had the engines and heads rebuild in two of them by FT. They did a precision-type job on both. I've had numerous occasions of work on them over the years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them.

Foreign Traffic has a passion for the best in cars,which is what I want is a service provider. But they also have a passion to make a connection with their customers, that is also what I want. I do not see their vision of success as merely profit , but also in their commitment to serve the customer,community & our country.

All around phenomenal service, once again. My A6 is noticeably smoother after doing what the mechanic recommended. The text reminding me I needed service was especially helpful.

This was my first time taking my care into Foreign Traffic and I was pleased with my experience. I have a 2016 Outback and have had it serviced at the dealership since new. Most of my dealership experience were mostly disappointing with return visits to correct problems that didn't get fixed. What makes Foreign Traffic head and shoulders above the dealership is the personal connection I experienced without lines and waiting. The work is first class and it doesn't get much better than that.

- Brought my car in for inspection and brake fluid change. Prices were comparable to a major national chain but I felt better knowing their service department specialized in European cars. Friendly and fast service. I am scheduling appointments for my other cars.
