I used to take my Mini Cooper to the BMW garage thinking they were the only ones with the necessary expertise to service my Mini. How wrong I was about this! Over the past couple years, I have received only top quality service with regard to my repair work from Foreign Traffic and really great customer service from the staff. I highly recommend them!

I’m happy with the communication and professionalism of the service staff. However, the inside of my car was left a mess with papers and items pulled from my glove compartment and console, and the front floor mat wasnot replaces properly. That is my only critique. But otherwise I had a great experience as always.

I've had my '01 Jaguar XK8 to Foreign Traffic several times for inspections. They have always been courteous and helpful. Never suggested unnecessary work, and always point out any minor problems that could evolve into major ones in time to stop the damage. I really appreciate their expertise and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Foreign Traffic for 15 plus years and I have been extremely pleased with the service, the treatment and professionalism of all employees. Both the sales and service employees will treat you like a member of their family and do anything they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone who wants personal, top notch service to go to FT sales and Service. You will find a pleasant and personal experience.

Let me start off by saying that no one likes to take their car in for service or repair. After saying that I'm happy to say the the people at foreign traffic make this necessity more bearable. Nick and Sonny are so nice and refer to me by name when I come in which is so nice even though it's a small gesture. The waiting area is nice and comfortable and they always have fresh coffee! Since I usually wait, they try to get me going as fast as possible and always return a nice clean car! I trust the mechanics there and never think they are preforming unnecessary services to boost the price. All in all I give the people at foreign traffic service dept. 5 stars!

Once again Foreign Traffic has done an excellent job for me. This time on my wife's 2009 Murano. I thought we had a bad wheel bearing due to a noise from the wheel area and I also needed to have the transfer case gear oil changed. FT identified the real source of the noise as a bad tire. I knew we were pushing the tire life so I asked them to find a good deal on tires and replace them. Nick called and did indeed found a good price (vs. Tire Rack) and FT put the new tires on, saving me the time to go shopping or bring the car in again. As for the gear oil, FT said it wasn't necessary and saved me that cost. Of course they did their usual complete inspection of the car and now I'm comfortable pushing the car to a new, personal high-mileage record! Thanks guys!

Nick was knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for your service and help with a service quote. Had some issues with drop off and pick-up. A sign for service parking and a designated area would be helpful.

Once again, our experience with Foreign Traffic was outstanding. We had unexpected car trouble on a Friday afternoon. We called FT that same day, and they said they could do the work the following Tuesday. We dropped the car off at FT over the weekend primarily for convenience sake. With two doctor appointments on Monday and no car, I was in a bind. I called them early Monday morning to see if they could provide me with a loaner. They came through like champs. I picked up the loaner and was able to make both appointments. Plus, they called late Monday afternoon to tell us the work was done.....a day early! When I picked up the car, it was washed and ready to go! Now, that's good service! C and J Marmarella

- Called for an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted $800 on the phone. Brought the car in. Lo and behold, was charged $1100. Okay--fine. I will deal with the upcharge though not happy about it. Then drove away and the tires were all out of balance, car shaking when I went fast. So brought it back and they said: "yup; all tires out of balance." They re-balanced but then charged me for it!! It was only $65 but, come on! They obviously didn't put the tires back on the right way when they did the brake job; would have expected them to just comp me and apologize. Now, over $65, I'll never come back. Oh, and the loaner Cars they let you borrow (ironically) have barely functioning brakes. Very dangerous!

I am very pleased with the service done on my vehicle at Foreign Traffic. I had taken my vehicle to a different auto garage for inspection and they had more repairs listed that needed to be done to pass than your garage did. I was shocked by the amount of work the other garage said had to be done,and cost they wanted to charge me. I am glad I didn't have them do the work and took my vehicle to Foreign Traffic. I saved a lot of money doing so. Not only that, it proved to me that they are only going to do work that is necessary. This is my second experience with them and will definitely come back. Also, being able to get a loaner vehicle while mine is being worked on is a big deal to me. It makes things much easier on me to get my vehicles serviced.

Great customer service experience. I purchased my car from a private seller so getting a legitimate inspection from a center well versed in my make and model was important. Great communication and service. I'll be scheduling appointments for my other cars.

The service Department always does an excellent job to explain what is needed and always resolves issues in a minimum of time. I feel very comfortable having both of my BMW in the hands of the Mechanics at Foreign Auto. Both Rob and Bill go out of their way to answer all the numerous questions I might have. They are straight up guys.

Easy drop off and pick up. Inspection and emission testing. Less expensive than at the dealership.
