Clearly, the best shop I have my 1987 Alfa Romeo Spider to. Paul described, in detail, issues requiring attention. Previously, the car had been to several "foreign car experts", but they never made me aware of the problems that existed. Paul is the expert.

Service here came recommended from a colleague. Made appointment for state inspection and was accommodated with my preferred date and time, even despite being a new client. Service completed in slightly under time estimated! Thank you! Staff very friendly. Did not give 5 stars because waiting area was uninviting and bare: one sofa, coffee table and 2 hard backed chairs set off to the corner of the showroom. Would have expected something a little nice given the caliber of vehicles they sell and service. Despite this, I will be back!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the service received at Foreign Traffic. My car needed a state inspection and oil change, and they didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs, which as a woman was a huge relief. I am making Foreign Traffic my go-to place from now on!

Came in for an oil change, state inspection, and engine warning light. Was not told at time of making appointment that I could get a loaner car, so my wife had to pick me up. Rob was going to have my scuffed wheels repaired, which meant leaving the car for an extra day. Nobody called to let me know that the car was done, so I called at 3 pm and was told it was done. Went to pick up the car at 5:15 (45 minutes before closing) and the wheel repair had not been done and the car had not been washed. I was told the car could be washed if I waited for it, but I had other things to do. Overall, a pretty frustrating experience getting a car that I purchased from FT maintained at FT. I'll be looking at Sewickley BMW in the future.

I am very pleased with the service that I received at Foreign Traffic. I had an engine problem that no one was able to solve. After a trip to Foreign Traffic my car is running like new. I will return forever.

Called for an estimate for new brake pads and rotors. Was quoted $800 on the phone. Brought the car in. Lo and behold, was charged $1100. Okay--fine. I will deal with the upcharge though not happy about it. Then drove away and the tires were all out of balance, car shaking when I went fast. So brought it back and they said: "yup; all tires out of balance." They re-balanced but then charged me for it!! It was only $65 but, come on! They obviously didn't put the tires back on the right way when they did the brake job; would have expected them to just comp me and apologize. Now, over $65, I'll never come back. Oh, and the loaner Cars they let you borrow (ironically) have barely functioning brakes. Very dangerous! UPDATE: I will say that after I posted my original review, the manager called me and was very nice and apologetic. He refunded the $65 and promised to look into the loaner car. That was solid customer service. In light of that follow up, I have bumped up my review from 1 to 3 stars.

First time using Foreign Traffic after being recommended by a couple friends. Everyone was friendly and courteous. One thing I especially liked when the service was completed was an itemize cost sheet of up coming service recommendations. You know exactly what their price is to perform the service.

They service a 45 year old vehicle for me and have someone on staff that understands how it was made. That facilitates keeping it in top condition.

It was a good experience. It was a bit slow but I was an 'Unscheduled service call' for an uncommon problem. It's a nice clean place and they do try to accommodate The customer's preferences.

The service was great as usual. I really appreciate the loner vehicle as I live on the other side of town and am self employed.
