These guys are fair and honest. I brought my BMW in because of a warning was issued. They took a look at the codes and suggested that I have the dealer look at it since it is still under factory warranty. They could have easily replaced the spark plugs and charged me for them, but didn't. I appreciate the honesty!

It appears that my problem was not diagnosed correctly. Was told and documented that I had a module issue that would be covered by the BMW extended warranty program. Took it to BMW who determined it was a fuse that was blown. Cost me $300 at F T and then another $480 at BMW. Will take car to BMW directly in the future!

The customer service at Foreign Traffic is always excellent. They explain things clearly and get your car in and out as quickly as possible. They can provide a loaner car if needed which is very helpful, and your car gets washed before you get it back! I make the extra drive to take my car to the knowledgable and reliable service staff at Foreign Traffic.

My Aston Martin kept on stalling when I turned on the AC. My car was serviced for a different problem by a dealership in Columbus, Ohio. It has been stalling since. I have been unable to contact the dealership service dept over the past 3 weeks. I brought my car to Foreign Traffic service dept. They checked the AC pressure. It was Ok. Nick told me that there is a computer upgrade from Aston Martin for cars that stall when the AC is turned on. They didn't charge me. I had a pretty good idea what the problem is now. They had my car for a few hrs only. I have had this car serviced there several times and have always had excellent service. Certainly much better that the Aston Martin Dealership in Columbus. I'll switch Aston Martin dealerships and get the computer patch but will always take it to Foreign Service first to see if they can do the work. Some car repairs can only be done with Aston Martin.

State inspection, oil change and brake fluid flush on my M3 performed cleanly and quickly, car was ready by midday. Appreciated the loaner to get to work. Always a pleasure working with Sonny and Nick.

My review relates to the service department. Foreign Traffic has serviced my cars for years. From a Mazda 3 to a Porsche 911, they've been my go-to option for service. Never once have I felt like I was getting anything but the honest assessment of the state of my vehicles. They've checked alignment (only to tell me i don't need it), oil changes, and more involved work on my Porsche that required a few days. Sonny, Nick and the others in the service department are the best. Look at the lineup of vehicles they work on, from the rare to the common to the outrageously expensive, and you'll see that people who know cars rely on them. I think there are three things you need to have to survive this world. A good doctor, an accountant, and a mechanic you trust. FT takes care of the last one.

You rock! After nearly three weeks of financial uncertainty; towing from one mechanic to the dealership and finally to foreign traffic. I was glad these guys were able to do a thorough diagnostic and provide reasonable estimates. They completed the work and I've been happy since. I'll be taking my other vehicles to them for sure. Thanks guys.

Sonny and Nick are always friendly and helpful. I've been trusting them for years with my car. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for service.

Reminded me state inspection was due which saved a trip. Can reserve a loaner which is always a huge advantage.

The staff was courteous on the phone and informed me of the scope of the work and the completion time. I was informed of the potential for future issues such as tire wear. The car was washed and available for pickup at the indicated time.

I personally have no experience with their service department but their sales department, particularly Bill Lindsay, set the standard for me on how a small independent dealership should operate. I drove 4 hours from Washington DC to purchase my 2014 Porsche Cayman from Bill and I will happily do it again without a second thought. It'll just give me an excuse to take a road trip back home with a new car. Thanks again guys! -Tae Kim

I've had nothing but GREAT service with my BMW 328ix. I didn't buy it there, but was referred to them, by a very close friend, after the BMW dealer told me how much they'd charge for the same repair. The guys who work there have been honest and very professional- never upcharged for service nor told I'd need some unnecessary work done on my car. I'll always take my car to Foreign Traffic as long as I have it.
