I have found a trustworthy mechanic and I am not letting go! It's taken me months and thousands of dollars to finally find an auto shop that I feel comfortable with and trust to do a thorough job. My Audi 2012 A4 started giving me migraines out of the blue, one place said they had no clue and suggested a dealership. The nearest dealer was in Sewickley. They were the worst. Fast forward to Foreign Traffic and my Audi has been checked out, parts replaced, explanations given, and may baby is ready for pickup at a reasonable price. I am impressed.

I bought my 2016 Audi TT last July at Foreign Traffic, and took it there for the 35Kmile service. Also, I wanted them to replace the original tires with a new set, and perform the mandatory state inspection. As the service would normally require a full day, they provided me a loaner. My Audi would have been ready, had Audi sent them the correct spark plugs. So I held on to the loaner for another work day. I was so glad to get my Audi TT back, and it ran like new. If I had to gripe about anything, it would be about the loaner, a black VW Passat, whose previous owner must have been a cigar smoker, as it was impossible to eradicate the cigar smell. Maybe on my next service, I shall be lucky with a non-smoker loaner.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an oil service on our Audi A4 and wheels spun balanced. The complaint would be that we had a coupon for the oil service to be $45. It did state that the was for non synthetic oil and and our car takes synthetic. But we were not told what the price difference would be for the oil service in advance. Also we had the wheels spun balanced but were not quoted a price prior to the service. Our bill was $172.00 which caught me by surprise but I did not complain when I checked out. Maybe in the future they should tell you that the coupon does not apply to certain vehicles. Not saying we would not have brought our car there but it would have been nice to know the cost before committing to the service and getting my car.

Everyone is courteous and helpful, the service is excellent and the price is fair.

Took a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very accomodating in terms of scheduling. The inspection report was quite thorough, and I now feel confident moving forward with the transaction. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Had to order tie rod for inspection. Was informed supplier shipped the wrong part causing car to set an extra day. When I picked up the car day 2 the cost of repairs increased from $564 to $622. First, I was not told the cost was increased until paying. Second, it is obvious the wrong part was ordered (not a supplier mistake) based on the fact the cost increased. My advise, man-up and be honest when a situation like this occurs. Otherwise, I have been satisfied with maintenance services performed.

After a nice Memorial Day visit, my sister headed back home to Virginia. It was just after 4PM when she got on the PA Turnpike and her car overheated. I had AAA tow her to Foreign Traffic and called Nick. Since the car would not get there till after the service department closed, Nick promised they would look at it first thing the next morning. I am sure that they were backed up with it being right after the holiday, but the folks at FT came through and had her back on the road again by 10:30 AM. My sincere thanks to the team at FT! I had a prior bad experience at another shop and had to take my car out of it without the repairs ever being done. At Foreign Traffic I experienced kind attention to all of the problems the car had. Everything was explained in detail to me and all of my questions were answered. I am planning to continue to take my car there for everything and will recommend Foreign Traffic to everyone I know.

As always, we received great service. Nick came out to our car to make sure he understood what I was explaining .He is always nice and on top of things. Sonny called and updated me on our car and let me know it was ready to be picked up. Service figured out what our car needed to get it back in great running condition and our car received a great detailed car wash. Thanks for the excellent customer service from start to finish.

I received a coupon offering a free oil change for my birthday. There was no catch or gimmick. They showed me what else needed to be done for a safer drive without any pressure.
