I received a coupon offering a free oil change for my birthday. There was no catch or gimmick. They showed me what else needed to be done for a safer drive without any pressure.

Hi Guys, Thank you for the opportunity to review my recent visit to your shop I appreciate it. My girlfriend and I have been bringing both our vehicles to Foreign Traffic for the last three years now a Jeep Wrangler and Volvo wagon which my Girlfriend purchased from FT. We have been satisfied with the service we've been receiving from FT. I had my 2010 Jeep in on 3/16/17 and had over $2k in work and parts put into the front end, invoice number 000060538. Which for the most part seemed to fix the wobble issue in the front end at lower speeds. I did notice the wobbling issue return at speeds of over 50 through 65 mph. So I called and made arrangements to bring it back into FT. When I brought it in I mentioned the wobble at the higher speeds and that it may need to be taken on the turnpike to run it at the speeds necessary to reproduce and evaluate the wobble. The service rep asked me if there was gas in it and I said "yes" which there was about 1/4 tank of gas enough to take it out and back and then some. He then asked if I had an PA Easy Pass? I said "yes" its in the console please feel free to use it. When I returned to pick up my jeep after having the tires balanced invoice number 000060934, thank you for doing that! I was told that the Jeep wasn't taken out on the turnpike, but was taken out on the local road way for a test ride. So naturally I'm wondering why it wasn't taken out on the PA Turnpike to be ran at the 55 to 65 Mph speeds? I'm not upset and if the tires being balanced fixes the wobble issue I'll be satisfied. If the wobble issues returns once I get a chance to get it up to the 55 - 65 mph speeds I will be scratching my head wondering why FT didn't take it out on the turnpike as I was asked about buy your service operator regarding the level of fuel and if I had a PA Easy Pass? If the wobble is still there after testing at speeds it will be an issue for me and one that could of otherwise been addressed. I hope I've adequately explained my concern at this point and do appreciate your servicing of our vehicles. I'm hopeful that the tire balancing has fixed the higher speed wobble issue and it is in good shape as I will be needing shocks soon and will need to have that work done. Best, Pat Kelly

First let me say that I have had great experiences in the past with this shop. Unfortunately not this time. After an oil change I found a puddle of oil on my garage floor and oil all over the engine the next day. Took it back in and they kept it a full day to fix the problem. Very inconvenient. Something about the oil filler cap seal which I'm not sure about. Also during this visit they charged me over $100 to change a taillight bulb which my manual says is a do-it-yourself job. Seemed way too expensive. They didi give me a voucher for my next oil change as compensation for my inconvenience (or their screw up!). Will I go back to them? I'm not so sure at this time.

Foreign Traffic performed a state inspection on my Jaguar XK8 quickly and thoroughly. They identifued a couple subtle issues that needed addressed. I would recommend their service dept. to anyone for any vehicle.

I bought a battery from Foreign Traffic which I installed myself. I couldn't get the battery clamp back on. I called Foreign Traffic for advise. Nick told me to bring the car up to the shop. I did and he had their technician reinstall the clamp at no additional cost. Great experience!

I brought my 2016 Audi TT Coupe for a scheduled service. I had made my appointment on-line, but came early from work. Although front desk person was swamped with phone calls, he was able to accommodate me immediately, and my car was ready in little time. My next scheduled visit will be for the 35Kmile service, and I may need a loaner as that service would require a whole day. I was advised to call ahead rather than schedule on-line.

Just moved to the area and this was my first time at Foreign Traffic. Nick & Sonny treated me like I was a customer for years. I will be now!!! Brandon serviced my 2011 BMW 328Xi with 50K miles. When I drove it off the lot it performed like a brand new car. Best customer service I have ever received. Very Grateful!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!

Top notch. Sonny was very thorough an answering my questions and securing the info and quotes I needed to make a decision on replacing the struts. The loaner helped our situation. What is especially appreciated by myself as one who loves cars but is not particularly technical or mechanical is how the Foreign Traffic staff take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions (even the dumb ones) and treat the customer as a valued client instead of a bothersome pain. And a shout out to Jim who transported two tires for me, saving a trip.

I was offered a complimentary AAA 40-pt check and I felt confident with my car when I left your business. The technician was very thorough and did a great job explaining his concerns to me. I was able to go home and look at previous paperwork to confirm to myself that the technicians concerns were taken care of previously - timing belt and spark plugs.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. I needed my car by noon and they were able to accommodate me. The coupon for the March special was already included in my bill by the profession staff. Thank you for a job well done.

Work was fine but generally an unfriendly situation. As an example left car off in morning saw same guy 5 hours later to pick up car and he had to ask who I was! Gave them $500 would think they could show some appreciation. Been going for here for sometime may look elsewhere

I have only been to Foreign Traffic on two occasions but the first visit indicated to me that I had found the service center I was looking for. After four years and about 12000 dollars of service costs at the dealer I bought the car from, your mechanics got the engine running like it ran when I purchase the car and found another defect I was aware of but had not mentioned it to you. My recent visit I had you check my battery to see if it needed to be replaced. You advised me that the battery was fine and it just needed to be charged. Had I taken the car to the local dealership I'm certain they would have sold me another battery. I' greatly satisfied with your service. As Arnold says, "I'll be back"

not only incredibly happy with the service and the results of my visit, it was sooo good to talk my problem out with someone who not only understood my situation, but i knew he was someone with a great feeling about Jaguars..thank you all so very much !!!

They fully explained the details of the service I'd requested and the costs involved. Shortly after the service work was started, Sonny gave me a call telling me of something else the mechanic had found. He explained the consequences of not having it repaired and I gave them the go ahead to do the repair. Excellent communication to me, the customer.
