The charges are relatively fair when compared to a dealer. Work has always been completed satisfactorily and in time. And I do not feel as if they would recommend or perform unnecessary work to pad an invoice.

I have used Foreign Traffic for a number of years now, and the service is always top quality. Nick has been my service representative for most of those years and is very helpful.

Very accommodating. Helped work thought some necessary missing documentation and did not shove a part replacement down my throat. Just recommended it. Provided advice versus threats, which I like.

Had a BMW battery programmed while I waited and was on my way in less than one hour! Two thumbs up on my first service experience with FT.

Simply great service, from getting into the garage for repairs quickly, to the reasonably priced costs for repairs. I would highly recommend Foreign Traffic to any foreign auto owner.

In and out in twenty minutes. Possibly serious issue resolved quickly, efficiently, and at reasonable cost. What more could you possibly ask?

Always helpful. Getting our service work done with as much convenience as possible. Also, a great place to find wonderful cars. I love my Audi. We recommend Foreign Traffic all the time.

These guys are very helpful with diagnosing problems and diagnosing solutions.They are friendly and quick but also take the time to explain the reason for the work and the parts used. I recommend people with foreign cars check out the service side. I hope to keep my car for 10 years and 115,000 miles.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FOREIGN TRAFFIC WAS OUTSTANDING. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING BY GIVING ME A SERVICE APPOINTMENT ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. THEY ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH A COURTESY CAR. SEVERAL HOURS LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THAT MY VEHICLE WAS READY FOR PICK-UP. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP I NOTICED MY VEHICLE PARKED OUTSIDE. IT HAD BEEN WASHED AND CLEANED AND IT LOOKED GREAT. THEY DID A SUPER JOB.

While the preparation and responsive to my appointment PRIOR to my arrival was not what I wanted (I requested pricing information, etc. and received no response), the service after I left my vehicle for service was very good. I received informative updates while my vehicle was there, straight forward answers and options. The checkout process was also good.

Very nice work and car was very clean when I picked it up. Loaner cars are almost always available which makes getting serviced very convenient.

The service department did an excellent job, with diagnosis as well as overall service.This is especially important to me as my car is an older model, that I depend on Foreign Traffic, to keep the car both safe and fun. Sonny, the service advisor has a clear understanding of automotives, that allows his clear explanation of any service issues.

Always a great experience. The staff is kind and provide a detailed explanation of what needs to be done to my car.
