I brought my 2008 S60 Volvo to Foreign Traffic because the previous repair place was not addressing the requested repair. They fixed a new problem with a sensor great the car seems to have a better feel when driving and the did a brake flush and the brakes have a better feel as well as for a previous problem. and why I switched from Bobby Rahal Volvo to Foreign Trafic I requested FT to check the ride height and what was the findings, which they will get back to me on, I explained to Nick the car is still sitting low in the front 6/17/16 Nick said he'll do some research and get back to me. It's been 4 days and rather than speculate I'll wait to hear from Nick. I can send you some additional info if you like but please pass on to Nick the following links. Generally the biggest component to determine ride height on cars is going to be the springs themselves, I would make sure that those aren't sagging or damaged in any way as if they do sag then the whole front car will sit fairly low. ...and they were checked and they seem to be fine per se. Maybe the suspension bushings...I don't know..but Nick did say he can't guarantee the new springs will raise the front end. Is it possible the springs aren't sitting correctly. Everything was great as usual. I've been a customer for at least ten years during which the service has been consistently good and the prices have always been fair. I recommend them highly.

Nick was very helpful and accommodating.

One thing did puzzle me. My car uses synthetic oil. I utilized a Fathers Day Special coupon I received in the mail that included an oil change, but stated that synthetic oil was extra. I noted that the cost of the synthetic oil was itemized, but there was no "deduct" for the oil included in the oil-change mentioned in the coupon. Should I have only paid the "net" for the synthetic? This did not occur to me until later. Just curious. Gerald Frankovich

FT Service was courteous in making my appointment and for providing me a ride home - and later picking me up to retrieve my car. Necessary work was done and upcoming work was explained, along with a cost estimate. Professional treatment, as always.

Foreign Traffic is always terrific!!

The service they provided was very good in my view. They stand behind their work in my experience. In my case the repaired / replaced a window regulator in my Audi, a common failure in many Audi models. After repair it required a minor adjustment which they did at my convenience in a quick fashion. Much quicker than I would have thought. I highly recommend them based on the service I received! Mark

I found the service department to be very professional and courteous. They provide regular updates on their service progress and completed the work on time and as estimated. I would feel very comfortable having them service my vehicle in the future.

Quality work at a reasonable price

I always have a positive experience with Foreign Traffic. My most recent visit was no exception. They went out of their way by having a tech go to where my dead car was in storage, replaced the battery there and took me back to my other vehicle. Service like that gets my loyalty and business.

As always, prompt service, in and out in reasonable time, gave me feedback I wanted about the repair.

While driving to work one day a piece of my Volkswagen Rabbit clanged onto the road. After sending a photo of the part, Foreign Traffic identified it and told me to have the car towed in for my own safety. Thank goodness they did as the extent of the damage to my car was more severe than I knew. Amazingly they were able to obtain all the parts needed and finish all the repairs within 24 hours. I was so impressed with their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. I will definitely be taking my car to Foreign traffic for any future repairs and I highly recommend them to anyone.
