Nick and the team in service have been great. They actually follow up to make sure I'm happy with the work, too. On the rare occasion I needed them to re-check something, it was either the same day or next morning.

An experience unlike any other service shop. After you have your car serviced your are treated like family. You will receive a newsletter with interesting car facts as well as coupons. Even months after, they follow up with your service. They also offer a 3 year warranty on their Work. This benefited me as I had a defective power steering pump. Foreign traffic replaced free of charge. Nick and his group are the best. Less expensive than the dealer and so much more!

They are very professional, efficient and kind! I would recommend foreign traffic to everybody. One time I called them to do a body work, which they don’t do, so they referred to me to another professional body shop, he is also very good. So my point is, I truly trust the opinion of foreign traffic!

The staff always take care of car and customer. Car service is correct. A loner car always available. Choosing to wait is no problem- comfortable seating, coffee and tea available as well as current mags.

Great experience at Foreign Traffic.Very accomodating service experience. Oil changed while I waited with a free car wash to boot. Option for a free loaner vehicle while car is being service will keep me coming back!

I first learned of Foreign Traffic from a letter they sent me. I'm glad they did. I have become increasingly unhappy with the dealership's handling of my vehicles. They are no longer concerned with experience and knowledge with their staffing, especially the service writers. I've had to educate the people behind the counter up in Wexford more than once. It wasn't like that when it was owned by Bilco. So -- Foreign Traffic to the rescue. The guys at Foreign Traffic are attentive, they understand the needs of the vehicle, and if there is any gray area, they investigate right away. They make sure to be on the same page as you are, and if anything goes slightly amiss, they will do their best to reach that point where you are leaving the place satisfied.
