This is a preferable alternative for dealership service especially when your local mechanic cannot fix some problems with luxury cars and asks you to go to a dealer instead. Their scheduling, customer service and quality of work is excellent. Thus far, they were able to resolve what is typically only possible in a dealership service.

I recently brought my Audi in to Foreign Traffic for a quote after receiving a quote from the dealership for well over $3000. Foreign Traffic was able to get my car in for a quote quickly and gave me an honest run down of the damage, which differed from what the dealer was claiming. I took my car in for repair a few weeks later and they kept me updated on the status of the repair and charged half of what the dealership would have.I definitely would bring my car back for future repairs!

My 2002 Volvo lost all acceleration power, and was coughing and choking it's way down the road. The "check engine" light was flashing on and off, which I never saw before. They are so busy it took a couple days to get me in, but the car is now back to normal. I spent over $900, mostly on parts like coils and plugs, but I was happy they could get parts for such an old vehicle. I would definitely take my Volvo back to Foreign Traffic!

Highly recommend to all of my families and friends. They replaced the timing chain guides of my 2013 328XI and charged me only one third of the amount that the BMW dealership would have charged. Besides, it comes with three years/36 months warranty. I feel fortunate that I googled and found this place.

This place is first class. I’ve been a customer for 3 years now at the service department , with 2 different vehicles. Nick, who I have dealt with scheduling and diagnosis, has been nothing but professional, trustworthy, and quick to respond every time. The mechanics are seemingly a rare breed of efficient and knowledgeable because of the challenges my vehicles have unfortunately provided for them. It’s simple, everybody wants a go to “car guy”. Look no further than these folks.

I found these guys with a google search when my BMW needed an alignment. They were much cheaper than P&W BMW service for each service they offered and much closer to my house. When reading their customer reviews, I found their quality of work to be very high. They aligned my car perfectly and their service department was as professional and knowledgeable as any BMW dealership. They notified me immediately when my car was ready, explained my cars current mechanical condition, and answered any questions I had for them. I will be using their services many more times. They also had some stunning automobiles for sale on their lot.

An experience unlike any other service shop. After you have your car serviced your are treated like family. You will receive a newsletter with interesting car facts as well as coupons. Even months after, they follow up with your service. They also offer a 3 year warranty on their Work. This benefited me as I had a defective power steering pump. Foreign traffic replaced free of charge. Nick and his group are the best. Less expensive than the dealer and so much more!

I recently bought a used Audi A6. I took it to the Audi dealership to get a complete once over. They told me I needed a ton of maintenance work done. A family member recommended I take it in to Foreign Trade and have them look at it and replace the battery which needed done. They were amazing. They fit me in the next day, saved me a ton of money, and gave me an honest review of my car letting my know half the stuff Audi told me wasn’t necessary. I can’t thank them enough for their honesty, efficiency, and quality work. I will be taking all my work to them moving forward.

Besides having owned many cars in my life...and, of course, having had them all serviced at one time or another, I also worked as a sales person at an automotive dealership. Therefore, I can confidently say that I have had quite a bit of experience with many automotive service departments. I currently drive an Audi TT. It was my good fortune to have an acquaintance suggest that I give Foreign Traffic ImportSales & Service a try the next time my car required maintenance. I took his suggestion and did just that! I will never look back! Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service goes above and beyond any service I have ever experienced, and they don’t gouge your pockets in the process! Their workmanship, honesty and integrity are above reproach. And the icing on the cake...your car is always sparkling clean when you pick it up! So, do yourself a favor...you won’t regret it. Call Foreign Traffic the next time you need service. Sonny and Nick are the Service Advisors to ask for, they’ll take excellent care of your vehicle.And as a side note, I must give a shout out to the Service Manager, Jim! He is the man behind all the action and I believe he should get credit for running such a great service department!

I have YET to walk away a dissatisfied customer. Sonny, Nick, and everyone at Foreign Traffic Import Sales & Service are nice, professional, and overall great people! I’ve been taking my BMW there for a couple of years for various issues, and they’ve treated me with respect and understanding. My only wish is that the service department had Saturday hours, but everyone needs a day off, right? I trust them with my BMW and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Thank you guys for all you do! (P.S. No one paid me to submit this post. It’s simply the truth. Go see for yourself. 😉)

I have been working with Rob, Bill and Nick for two years now. I purchased my 2015 Audi A5 from them in September of 2016 and loved every minute of having that car. Moreover, I have It serviced there as well (oil changes and inspections) with ease and trusted service. I have had them quote work for my other car and they were the cheapest and the best quality.Then here last week(10-4-18), I purchased my second vehicle from them. Needless to say they have some of the best hi end cars you can find in Pittsburgh. Rob hand picks the cars knowing which ones have the best records for reliablity/ dependability. In my opinion there is not a bad car on the lot. To top it off they have the best servicing and pricing for these high end cars. If you need something done they will work with you and make it happen.In short they have the best lightly used hi end car without the new price tag but same reliability you expect. Then any services you need done will be done right without the nickel and dimming affect of the major car companies increase pricing. Check these guys out!!!

Had my CLA250 serviced at Foreign Traffic for the "A3" service. Great people to work with. They performed the service excellently and informed me of upcoming maintenance to expect on the vehicle. Will be taking my Mercedes and Evoque to these folks all the time.

- I have been a customer of Foreign Traffic for 20 plus years and I have been extremely pleased with the service, the treatment and professionalism of all employees. Both the sales and service employees will treat you like a member of their family and do anything they can to accommodate your needs. I would recommend anyone who wants personal, top notch service to go to FT sales and Service. You will find a pleasant and personal experience.

I was overdue on my state inspection and the folks at Foreign Traffic fit my car in and took care of my cars without hassle. They are located close to shopping and restaurants so there is plenty to keep you busy while waiting.
